“This is your old school country style food mart/cafe that you rarely find without getting into the more rural areas. I have passed by this old Convenient Food Mart store many times but finally made this stop after a recommendation by a close friend who is a big "foodie!" I knew a Meatloaf sandwich was going to be on the list so I went directly to the counter to pick one up, I also picked up a country ham sandwich and bottled water to eat in the front seat of my truck (there were no open seats available inside due to the local crowd occupying all the tables and seating), they were very busy. There was plenty of help, everybody was very helpful and friendly. The steam table had plenty of options for lunch or you can choose to have a deli sandwich made but the Meatloaf is piled high in a bun and it packs all the flavor you expect from a farmhouse kitchen table! I will be back soon and make this a regular lunch stop to try some of there other menu items when I am working in Shelbyville again!”

“Best gas station in town. By far. Breakfast is ?. They have at least one staff member that's really above average and I've noticed when that one person is working they seem to elevate everyone else.”
“Bunch of street folks hang outside other than donating few bucks to homeless its not bad store. Fresh glazed donuts and good service. Just expect to be asked for a cigarette or couple dollars from homeless folks. Be cautious and courteous all at the same time.”

“I live in this town and it's just the start of what we need in this small town far as growth. They are all very nice and their gas is always cheaper than most around. THEIR PIZZA IS THE BEST IVE ATE AND THE PRICE IS MORE THAN FAR! GREAT STORE ALL THE WAY AROUND.”
