They have fair pricing and usually have my drop offs done in the same day. I have been going here for almost a year and will continue to do so.”

“I was really impressed with this Highland Cleaners location. There turnaround time right after Christmas was extremely fast- my clothes were ready the next day, and they did a great job. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting. I had 2 blazers, a long wool coat, and a sweater cleaned for $50. Each blazer and the sweater were about $10 each and the coat was $20. Will definitely be using them again.”
“Super impressed with this company, its associates, management (Lake Forest location), and their owner. My wife & I are new in town and an issue arose with one of my dress shirts after being cleaned. Additionally, the recent (uncharacteristically heavy) snow led to local businesses shutting down (including Highland) and dry cleaning delays.
Store management make sure the issue with my shirt was resolved at no extra charge, and the owner reached out to me personally to make sure I received my dry cleaning in time for work travel tomorrow. Excellent service! Highly recommend.”

“Best Price! Shirt- $3.65, Pants-$7.25, 2pcs Suit-$16.85, Blouse-$6.95, Overcoat-$16.50. Professional service and kind staffs... one of cleaners I trust. One of good thing is that they keep the schedule, usually three-day of circulations from drop-off to pick-up. So I visit here on Thursday and revisit on Monday. It is convenient time-schedule. The other thing is the best quality of dry cleaning that I have ever gotten. They are professional in every aspect. I also like their press on my shirts. It is fantastic!”

This location went above and beyond and sewed the button back on and I never would’ve known about it had my son not noticed. “Amazing place! Yes the washers are slightly more than the ran down old beat up places your going to find around town. Buuut everything here is new! AND THE DRYERS ARE FREE!! the attendant is awesome and so nice. And gave me candy. Lol yea I know what they say about accepting candy from strangers. But it was the watermelon candy the little old ladies have. I had to!! 10/10 all around. Hygienic and friendly as well as Big machines.!”
