“I ran in there Tuesday morning asking for a zipper to be realigned. I needed it back by Friday. It was promised to be ready by Thursday at 5p, it was ready by Wednesday at 3p! I was beyond thankful. “I was really impressed with this Highland Cleaners location. There turnaround time right after Christmas was extremely fast- my clothes were ready the next day, and they did a great job. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting. I had 2 blazers, a long wool coat, and a sweater cleaned for $50. Each blazer and the sweater were about $10 each and the coat was $20. Will definitely be using them again.”
“Agree with others here regarding pricing. Except for the 2 Express Washers which cost more, costs are much the same as other coin laundromats in the area. Dryers the same: quarter for five minutes.Only complaint is that the dryers' lint screens are cleaned just once a day. Don't forget dryer sheets or laundry balls (the ones you fill with water!)”
“I have considered Highland to be the premier dry cleaner in the Louisville-metro area for many years. They offer expert care and services for your clothing. On my most recent visit, I didn't go to my usual location and was disappointed that my clothing wasn't ready at the day indicated when I dropped it off for cleaning. Thankfully, it was ready the next day, and the quality was excellent. Next time, I'll go back to my usual location just to be sure I get my items back in the timeframe expected.”

“Best Price! Shirt- $3.65, Pants-$7.25, 2pcs Suit-$16.85, Blouse-$6.95, Overcoat-$16.50. Professional service and kind staffs... one of cleaners I trust. One of good thing is that they keep the schedule, usually three-day of circulations from drop-off to pick-up. So I visit here on Thursday and revisit on Monday. It is convenient time-schedule. The other thing is the best quality of dry cleaning that I have ever gotten. They are professional in every aspect. I also like their press on my shirts. It is fantastic!”

They are beyond accommodating. Heck, he even brings treats for the dogs. Regarding the workmanship, the clothes are freshly cleaned, pressed, etc. I have never had an issue with alterations either. “You want to get in get out and get your clothes really clean quickly this is definitely the place to go they have brand new washers and dryers and they're not too expensive and they definitely clean really good like any other place you definitely want to respect them and not over stuff them but they even have detergent and other stuff you can buy if you run out run out of the house without grabbing it yourself it's friendly easy to navigate through and while your laundry is being washed and dried there are even a couple of stores on the side for your spare time”

“This is the 2nd time being here. I like the place, it's not really deep in the hood, it's not even downtown it's in old Louisville. Both times I felt safe and the people who run it are real nice. It's clean. It's small so there is not a lot of seating but I was comfortable leaving my clothes to go sit in the car.”
