He checked the battery which was low, and replaced it.

I did not check prices at other places, could I have done better price wise? Maybe, but I cannot lift batteries, so I go to places where it's done for me. I did not have to wait and I absolutely love that when I go shopping I don't have to find someone to help me and try and figure out what battery I should buy for my car.

“I went to get a driver's side wiper blade.
I can not remember his name, but he told me they were on sale, so it would actually be cheaper to buy the two that I needed anyway.
He saved me money, and changed them out for me.
I love going into businesses where the sales help are courteous and helpful. I'd rather shop there than save a few dollars where the help is not helpful.”
“This was my first visit to this location. It was as expected from Harbor Freight. The place was clean and organized, and the staff was present stocking and helpful when questioned.”
“I hate to leave a bad review, so I won't, however I did have to go back because they left 2 screws off of the hard plastic step that is on the bumper of a Chevy Silverado, it's kind of an insert, 3 screws hold it in place, and they left 2 off on the passenger side, they did fix it when I went back and showed them. Other than that, they seemed to do a decent job of painting my scratched rear bumper, it was an insurance claim. I dropped my truck off on Monday morning and they had it done by Friday afternoon. The owner of Impact was very nice and helpful.”

“The only place in town I shop at when it comes to my automobile! Ask for Joe he's great and the Manger is awesome he's always got the answers to my questions!Update... it's different now... new employees I've never met, Joe's gone. I asked about returning a seat cover I was purchasing because I'm unsure if it'll fit properly and the man ringing me out said only if it's unopened. Umm how exactly do you see if it'll work or notif I can't open it? ?Same for another product I was purchasing for my car, I'm not sure it'll fit or not I mean it's cool and I really hope it does but if it doesn't guess I'm out the cash because I can't determine this unless I open it? He wasn't sure if it would and it got me thinking this is something I miss having a good man in my life I could call like hey babe I've got this "(fill in blank)" and I was curious will it work for my car? ?♀️”

“Service is good. The guy got right on the computer, told me exactly how much I would need. He knew quite a bit about the vehicle. Was able to buy a single manifold gasket instead of the whole kit like every other store I'll talk to. Hook the vehicle up for me and ran through the diagnostics with me reassuring me what I was thinking was wrong was wrong. Plus gave me extra information on how to keep my truck tip top! If you walk in the South advanced Auto parts in Somerset Kentucky look for the cowboy hat a kid knows his stuff and was very well-mannered! Needs a raise thank you”
