“Just stopped by to pick up a lighter for my cigarettes and I walked in and the cashier was having a conversation with a customer, I'm assuming so I didn't pay much attention and was browsing for the cheapest lighter cuz I have tons, they are just never on me.... Lol.... I couldn't help but hear what they were talking about since I am browsing by the registers so I decided to go to the restroom to avoid getting stuck talking to a gentleman that was so far gone, out there that he was not making any sense of what he was saying. I knew that something was not right, I still felt uneasy so I waited him out and he finally walked out of the store only to stand by his car door looking and waiting. The cashier kept it together and held a normal conversation with me and was calm, Kool and collective while she's telling me that she's going to walk me to my vehicle and I was so thrown and confused that I didn't even see the three men waiting outside up to no good start scrambling every which way when they seen that she was packing. She saved me from something terrible and I just wanted to Thank You for being so Selfless that night and for not turning your head the other direction and for being aware when I wasn't. Thank You and God Bless You!!”

“I love that anywhere you go, the Big Gulps are only 79 cents! There were so many people in there buying their lottery tickets! Really??? I thankfully went to the other side to check put. Tip, always go to the other door, as there are less people in line, usually.”

“Frequent stop for me. Always greeted by friendly staff and this store is very well stocked. The pizza and sandwhiches are really good. Lines can get backed up at times but they get you in and out as quick as they can.”
“I visited the Valero gas station in Shelbyville, KY, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, situated right off the main road, making it an easy stop whether you're just passing through or need to fuel up. The parking lot is spacious, and I didn’t have any trouble finding a spot, even during busy times.
Inside, the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and travel essentials. Whether you need a quick drink, snacks for the road, or even some personal care items, Valero has a solid selection to choose from. The coffee station was well-maintained, and I found a nice selection of beverages to enjoy during my stop.
The staff at this location were friendly and helpful, making my visit quick and pleasant. The gas prices at this Valero are typically competitive, which is always a plus. I’ve noticed the pumps are in good working condition, and I’ve never had any issues with fueling up.
Overall, I highly recommend this Valero in Shelbyville. It's a convenient, reliable stop for gas, snacks, and essentials, with great customer service to boot”

“Amazing gas prices at all times. Usually cheaper than Thornton’s and easy to get to right off the main road. They have some drinks available for purchase and the attendants are friendly. The trash cans are usually empty and not overflowing either. Pretty well lit at night to make it feel safe. I usually go here when I need gas for a great deal at any hour of the day!”

“What can you say about Kroger. It's become my go to place for fuel and groceries. I rotate between (3) stores. I'm halfway between Lagrange and Buckner and once a week I go to Shelbyville on business and usually stop in for something.”
