“This location, as of 2023, is under new management. It is no longer serviced by BP. There have been many updates made to the location. Some exterior updates include: the pumps being updated to the new hands-free card swipes with touch screens and video displays. Better lighting has been installed under the canopy. For those pumping gas at night, this provides great visibility, extending well past the edges of the parking lot.”

“You don't have to go inside to prepay and avoid this. At most big brand stations (and many smaller ones) you can simply press the 2 buttons on either side of the 0 on the keypad (usually ‘clear" and ‘enter'…sometimes ‘*’ and ‘enter') and it will give you an opportunity to type in a preset amount at the pump! I know, I didn't believe it when i first heard of it either but it works and I use it any time im not filling up completely! Also, my bank doesn't do gas holds, in fact if I had 1 dollar in my account I could fill my tank well into the negatives and as long as its within an hour I could even still spend that dollar since it takes 45 min- hour before it verifies that I went into the negative. (Obviously Id get hit with a overdraw fee if I didn't bring my account back positive by midnight, still, a lot of trust”

“I’m in this store almost every day, and the experience is always fantastic. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond. They greet you with a smile and a hello every time, and the morning/day crew are especially wonderful to chat with. They’re attentive and make sure customers find exactly what they need. I never see anyone just standing around. Lisa, the manager, does an excellent job and always carries herself with professionalism. The store is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked. Hands down, the best store in Louisville!”
“People that work here are really nice & very helpful. I love that they have small nugget ice, yes that kind of ice is my absolute favorite!!! It's a busy store but everyone even the customers were very helpful! I enjoyed stopping here! I must add the bathrooms were CLEAN! “I shop Krogers for their selection of fresh vegtables. I used East End Eye care for first time and they took wonderful care of me. I will return! We all know Outback has some tasty food and I'm happy with the service at this one. I use UPS frequently and I am always treated with respect and service is fast.”

I stopped by the BP on Shelbyville Road purely for gas, but I'm so glad I checked out the hot deli counter! This place is a real Gem.
I ordered the Krispy Krunchy Tenders Meal Deal,Fried Fish & Pork Chops and it was fantastic. The Fried Chicken was Perfectly Seasoned, and the portion size was Huge for the price.
What really impressed me was the Pork Chops.My order was ready in about no time at all even though it was the middle of the Lunch Rush Hour.
The deli area itself was Spotless and the staff behind the counter were Fast & Friendly.
If you're driving by and looking for a much better alternative to typical fast food, do yourself a favor and try the deli here. I'll definitely be back for the Fried Chicken next time I'm in the area.

“The owner is really chill as well as staffing that works there. As long as they are open there is a bathroom to use inside. Warm coffee on the pot. There are also apartments available upstairs. If they don’t already have someone moving in. The gas is always cheaper than anywhere else. Very welcoming store. Recommend checking it out.”

“This Speedway has been one of my favorite speedways that I have visited over the years. It has always been clean and welcoming but today what's better than normal. The 2 lovely ladies that were at work at 10:30 AM on january 5th 2026 for a huge help, especially whenever my son was having a sneezing fit.They were very polite and honestly helped with the speedway experience. I hope other speedways take note. Is there compassion for their work. And I hope that they have a blessed day.”

“Easy to access and to exit. Can't recall ever having to wait for a pump. Since grocery prices are through the roof, Kroger points add up quickly, making gas prices still way too high, but a few cents less. Pumps are always working and print receipts. Place is clean and well lit after dark, giving me a safer vibe.”
