“Had my radiator blow on the side of i65 the other night. We're driving a 1996 ford 7.3 diesel all the way from west virginia to east texas and about 6 hours in blew a hole in the radiator at a rest stop. We were able to limp the truck back to Shepherdsville (nicest kindest most heart warming town with the most amazing helpful people ive ever met) and had a gentleman named Tim go out of his way after meeting at oreillys to help me get my radiator replaced and get my cooling system burped. They ordered the incorrect radiator at first but ended up ordering the right one, got it in this morning first thing, they had all my coolant in stock, fresh coolant hose and everything as well as a bucket to drain AND EVEN let me leave my truck in their parking lot overnight locked up of course where we took the radiator out without any issue. Lended me a bucket for the old coolant, and any funnels we needed. Absolutely amazing people in an amazing place and couldn't recommend these guys enough!! Thanks to every single employee who helped us get back on the road safely. ❤”

“I hate being difficult and I have no idea what I’m talking about with cars. I tried to explain the best I could what I was talking about but all that was coming out was gibberish. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he had a big red beard. He was more than patient with me and helped me figure out what I needed. I absolutely dread going into auto stores because I feel like I’m being a burden for not being mechanically inclined. From now on, I’ll be going to this store. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes!”

Even though we did not sell Mr. Oberhausen the battery he purchased, therefore we cannot warranty it, we told him he was more than welcome to come in and replace the battery or issue a refund to compensate him for his trouble. However, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and kept threatening to leave a bad Google review.Therefore, we will no longer be offering service to him.”
