Others I have patronized have lost my trust and appear to be your typical “untrusting” shops in the near vicinity/area.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. “Called for tire pricing on my vehicle, Tommy was very helpful, took the time to explain the different options, and the services that would be provided. Booked the appointment for next day. Heard from the Tommy the next day to let me know tires had arrived and appointment was at 2pm. Arrived for the appointment, greeted by tech, went over the purchase and service being provided. Waited about 2 hours 30 minutes for four new tires, mount, balanced, and alignment. Really happy with the experience, vehicle runs amazing and smooth. If you want a shop that takes the time to make sure you are taken care of I recommend these guys.”

“My car broke down on Sunday, triple a came with two different men within 20 mins to assist. They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. Upon picking up my car my stereo wasn’t working which is was prior but it was no issue though they fixed it right on the spot. I am very appreciative of everyone that helped me. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service.
