“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“Josh was dispatched to tow my car from a hebron to montgomery. AAA quoted 2 hrs, Joshua called 10 mins later, arrives 30 mins later. Very pleasant, sweet man who was experienced in towing. He went the extra mile trying to find my oil cap to no avail which I accidentally dropped in under the hood but thankfully it was knocked loose while moving the car on flatbed. I was very grateful that he replaced it once he dropped it off at dealership..avoiding questions from dealer. Thankful to this young man in my hour of need. Such a sad sight my baby on the truck but happy it safely arrived at the dealership.”

“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”

I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)”

They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!”

I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. It's nice to have our family vehicle rolling again.”

I'm new to Cincinnati and have only dealt with this business on one occasion, but I felt immediately that I had come to a trustworthy place.
