βAs gas stations go, this is generally my first choice. I like how spacious the stores are as opposed to the rather cramped competitors like Speedway which always makes me feel like I'm standing right on top of the others in the store with me.β

Here are tips to improve the customer experience.
At your self checkout add a hand scanner. These are heavy whole sale products. Why is the customer picking up these items to be scanned on a fixed scanner? This is a liability issue. What if the customer twists the wrong way and hurts their back? They are inside the costco warehouse and this is avoidable.
Another issue is if a membership is about to expire. The checkout will ask if the customer if they would like to re-new this is good. The problem is that if they do not want to re-new. The prompt makes it hard for them to continue checking out. If this happens to enough people there could be a class action law suit for.
-Aggressive and unfair sales tactics
-Undue influence
-Misrepresentation and fraud
Lastly your prices are no longer competitive enough to justify the membership.
I hope this review is taken seriously I mean no ill will. As I am a shareholder. If you succeed I succeed I'll be attending the next shareholders meeting to ask these questions.β
βNormally you're not supposed to tell repair shops that you don't know anything about cars for fear that they'll take advantage of you. That was absolutely not the case here. They were kind, patient in educating me on what the issue was and what my options were. They helped me find an affordable solution that allows me to get back on the road SAFELY and get to where I need to go. I can't recommend them enough!! I am blown away by their service and professionalism! I will definitely be back again!! 10/10 they truly set the mark of how you're supposed to run a business!!β
βKroger Gas Service Centers are Great!! Besides the Convenience of Being Able to Gas up After your Shopping. You can save 10 cents per gallon for every one hundred points that you accumulate just for buying your groceries. It really is a great and fast way to Gas up. And the savings per gallon is always a plus, too.β

βStore is great, glass, tabacco, vapes/vapors/vape liquids, very friendly staff and healthy selection of everything a typical convenience store would have, I remember when this store was closed but the guys and service attendants have really brought back that former glory of what it once was, now even better, I would highly recommend buying your stuff here if youβre in the neighborhood.β
βGreat way to save few cents off when using Kroger card, the downside of it....i have the phone app rather than a Keychain tag for rewards and every time i have to prepay at the booth rather than at the pump.β

βEarlier this week I tried out the Valero near my office, and it was a surprisingly decent spot for a quick stop. The convenience factor is huge for my busy schedule, and they have a pretty good selection of snacks and drinks!β
βKroger gas station is my go-to spot for fueling up! The pumps are always clean and well-maintained. The prices are competitive, and the rewards program is a bonus. The convenience store offers a wide selection of snacks and drinks. Friendly staff and efficient service make it a top-notch experience. 5 stars!β
βThe gas is what is expected and there are a lot of pumps which is good because it often has a lot of cars there, but don't expect a discount for being a Sams club memberβit costs just as much as the other fuel stations.β
βServes it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.β

βEvery time I come in, the cashiers are lovely, and go out of their way to make sure I get a deal if I have an item thatβs on sell in hand.
I feel bad though because their registers are next to each other, which gives the feeling of claustrophobia, and Iβm not even the one behind the counter. They should definitely have more space so that nothing bottlenecks and they have more room to breathe. I couldnβt imagine having to deal with that every day.β
βMy favorite chicken my favorite staff at any gas station ever super friendly and always go above and beyond!! Only place I ever stop at for drinks snacks etc ups as well and they also have the best workers ever!! Also go above and beyond for the customers!!! 10 stars for meβ
βI shop Krogers for their selection of fresh vegtables. I used East End Eye care for first time and they took wonderful care of me. I will return! We all know Outback has some tasty food and I'm happy with the service at this one. I use UPS frequently and I am always treated with respect and service is fast.β

βGo to Gas Stations are Kroger (JayC) for the fuel points, definitely always getting a great discount because of it. The pumps would be nice if they had tap features so I didn't have to take my card out every time. Even the pay at the pump on the Kroger app would be amazing if it actually worked... Additionally, another good thing about this gas station is that the staff is always friendly.β
βHad a hole punched through my tire by a nail in the road and was looking for somewhere within walking distance of my house to get it patched. Figured I'd be out $50-60 bucks for the tire patch, but saw Melton's had good reviews and decided to swing by (I'm usually a Les Swabb or Costco Tire type). Tom helped me out and was quick, thorough, kind, and charged much less than I had braced for. It seems like an very honest mechanic and I will be returning when Louisville inevitably claims another one of my tires~β
βI promise I've visited this location over 300 times for gas etc and never had bad experience. Employees are always very prompt and pleasant. I've probably purchased the Krispy chicken over 100 times and have never been disappointed and have tried the Krispy chicken at 7 or so locations from Virginia beech to Kentucky and guarantee you will find this location consistently above all others. If you like chicken livers you won't find any better anywhere.β
