“Our car broke down just as we pulled into the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. We called Rodney, and he relayed his sympathy, recalling the story from when he was a small child, and his father breaking down. He helped us get a tow truck and immediately worked on the vehicle to determine what was needed. The next morning, he had it fixed within one hour of having the part. Great service, really friendly people and a credit to the auto repair industry.

Since I moved to Georgetown KY I got ripped off real bad from the first garage last October 2023, hind sight is 20 20 and I should have demanded the old parts back and refused to pay it ill never go back to Riley's Auto Repair ever. Now O Riley's Auto Parts store recommended me to Blue Collar Auto Repair and I've had great honest and through service from Blue Collar Auto Repair and would highly recommend them to anybody.”

“Everyone here was really nice. Took my car in because it had a bunch of dashboard lights on. They said it was just a loose sensor and didn't even charge me anything! I went to the dealership before going here where they charged $150 for inspection and tried to upsell me on a bunch of things. Will definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future. Thank you guys!”

“I find the staff here to be very honest and knowledgeable. My car took a while to get fixed, but I never felt taken advantage of, even as a young woman visiting the shop alone. Mike and Jordan were especially sweet and helpful.
I suspect that some complaints in other reviews stem from a lack of patience or understanding about the process. The shop is always busy, and it seems they often don’t have enough workers, but the team genuinely tries to accommodate everyone.
One downside is that I had to call for updates, and the parts distributors can be slow, especially for older BMW models like mine. However, they maintained a positive attitude despite my frequent calls, and they clearly work well together.
Overall, I trust this team and appreciate their dedication to providing good service, especially in a corporate setting where they’re motivated by their commitment to customers rather than personal gain.”
