The City of Kenner screwed the pooch when some genius messed up Williams Blvd. I have a good idea as to WHY they removed the turning lane and cut most of the Left turns. Unfortunately, it makes it harder for The People to get to businesses, such as STAR.”

“What I don't like about this Sam’s location is the lack of traffic control for getting gas. They need to make the lanes on the side nearest the store exit only - do not enter signs on the pumps. Or at least make it a one way.The Store is very nice. Validates the Sam’s card, clean, friendly and helpful when requesting help.”

“I am riding with a new passenger in my camper van - a somewhat wild Basenji one-year-old dog that I pulled out of the swamps between New Orleans and Panchatoula three days ago.I’m guessing that Magic has never ridden in a car before, because it seems to scare him and he doesn’t like being left alone. So I needed to get in and out of this convenient store pretty quickly.Both of the young men who were working the cash registers were extremely helpful. The big guy with the green hair immediately replaced my espresso drink when it came out too watery.He even showed me how it is made and why sometimes the powder gets clogged up in the machine.Having seen that the cappuccino is actually made from powder, rather than being brewed, I realized that I wanted to stick with good old-fashioned coffee.Again showing excellent customer service chops, he told me the two of the coffee blends were totally fresh and two had been sitting there for an hour.An hour did not seem to me like a long time for it to be sitting and I went with the bold blend, which is always my favorite.I bought my purchases from the young guy with dark hair and a mustache, who displayed classic southern charm and graciousness in playing the host. He was really sweet and the whole rhythm of the speech made me feel at home.In my experience of teaching Customer Service, consulting to organizations - and also being a customer at many, many gas station convenience stores, usually when staff are this friendly and gracious you can pretty well assume they are well-managed also.Because of the helpfulness of these young men, I was able to get in and out of the store quite quickly and back to my adorable new dog - who was very happy to see me.”

Clean bathrooms, cold coolers, several gas pumps available Louisiana lotto scratch-offs, and Powerball tickets available ATM inside the store. Local tasty treats are also a big plus gas prices are some of the cheapest around. Air and water machine on-site employees are friendly store is very clean are the restrooms open 24/7 located just off I10 South at Causeway Blvd quick and easy to access quickly to get back on the road. In need of gas don't take the South exit gas is way more expensive.”

“The food is great, its made fresh everyday! Their morning sandwiches are amazing the lady behind the counter is good at making them. The service is always good and the lady is always attentive and courteous. Even the managers are nice. The coffe is also great made fresh daily also. This is one of my fav gas stations, bc its always clean and the bathrooms are clean, the place looks well organinized, and even if its busy they normally get you out fast.”

“OK, this is going to sound weird but I love the ice for the drinks...I always stop for that and if you bring your own container you can fill it with free ice which I like to crunch on for road trips....customer service is great and efficient. Definitely try the free sample of iced coffee...yummy! You'll be hooked!”

“This is hands down the worst gas station I have ever encountered. To start, the pumps are completely unreliable—half of them seem to be out of order at any given time, leaving customers frustrated and scrambling to find one that actually works. On the rare occasion that a pump is functional, you’ll likely spend extra time fighting with a finicky card reader or a slow system.
The experience only worsens when you step inside. The store is absolutely filthy, with sticky floors, grimy counters, and shelves that look like they haven’t been restocked or cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, the clerks are shockingly rude, treating customers as if they’re an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Their dismissive attitudes and lack of professionalism make an already unpleasant visit downright unbearable.
Adding insult to injury, this gas station has the audacity to sell food. Given the state of the store’s cleanliness, I wouldn’t trust anything from here to be remotely safe to eat. It’s baffling that they even have the nerve to offer food items when the rest of the establishment is so poorly maintained.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other gas stations where you can get fuel, snacks, and service without dealing with this level of neglect and disrespect. This one isn’t worth your time or money.”

“Here's the crazy part an hour ago I went to a Circle K/Exxon gas station on Williams Boulevard and gave them a one star review because the woman was so nasty and rude.
So as I'm driving about to go to Lakeside Mall, I decide to stop to see if they would have the Lipton tea on the fountain drink and they did.
But that's not the best part. I go into the store and I meet Floyd who is the cashier and store clerk. When I tell you, this young man is absolutely amazing. That would be an understatement. He is so professional and kind and has such a wonderful spirit. He speaks to you as if you're walking into a Rolex store. His customers are important to him and he works that store is if he owns it. I learned that he is actually from Ohio, and moved to New Orleans a few months ago. I wish that the city of New Orleans would return to the thing that made it famous, which was hospitality. This young man Floyd should be on someone's corporate team leading and training people. He is truly amazing and definitely a breath of fresh air. I realize an hour ago I had placed a one star rating at a different store, but here I am giving this store five stars because of its amazing service. If you really want to turn things around for your brand, then you need to start hiring more people like Floyd because trust me it makes a difference. You want to go into the store and he said to me I run this gas station , like it's the community store and serving the people who live here. HE IS AN EMPLOYER DREAM!!!”

Bryan assisted me with putting air in my tires, locating the issue, and providing me with a reasonable resolution. Harry was very friendly and worked fast & efficiently.
