“This place is great!!!! Super appreciative of the people here. My biggest thing about business is customer service and competency. The staff at this location are phenomenal! The Manager Keisha is super sweet, direct, and extremely helpful. Ontop of that she’s great at doing her job correct (especially the first time). She’s a pinnacle of professionalism. If Keishas not there to help then hopefully you get to helped by Mary! I promise you this lady is a saint! She was willing to go the extra 30 seconds to help me out in a slight pinch and I’ll always be grateful. For me I have my whole business here at this location and I can tell you I feel like I’m in safe, caring, and competent hands at this location.”

Extra Space Storage really came through for us at the last minute! My daughter is a student at Xavier University, right across the street, and we quickly realized we couldn’t travel with all of her belongings. Thankfully, Extra Space made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and even gave us great advice for planning ahead for next school year’s storage needs. The location couldn’t be more convenient—directly across from campus—so when it was time to pick up her things, my daughter was able to walk right over.
Highly recommend them for any Xavier students (or parents!) looking for reliable, safe, and convenient storage. We’ll definitely be using them again!”
