“I’ve been renting a unit for a little over a year at Elmwood. I have been very pleased but, Josh (asst mgr) and Senaia (sorry if I spelled that wrong) just made my life a whole lot easier! I’m a nurse and I can work strange hours quite often so, I can’t always get to my unit before 10pm. Well, in less than 2 minutes they fixed that problem for me. I can’t express how much I appreciate them!!!”

I went to the site later that day to secure the lock on the unit. Upon arrival a Mr. Julius Adams was there to greet, assist and answer all of my questions without any headache! Highly recommend this location already based on the easy and user friendly set up.”

“Ryan at the Clearview Parkway location called me today (April 26th) to inform me that there was a roof leak in my unit. He was able to relocate me to another unit and I was able to move with minimal upset. Ryan was apologetic and very helpful in the whole process.”
“Clean convenient access also provides carts to help move your items into storage, only negative experience is I was given a quote in unit and was told it will be good when I came back in a week and when I went back it was not honored they raised the price it was even written down that would be the price”

“Just moved out of my storage unit at The Storage Center and I told the manager, Melissa, that I would move right back in if I needed to do so because they have everything you could possibly need! I have used other storage units and have truly enjoyed working with the staff here. All levels of management communicate regularly with the tenants regarding changes or updates that you need to tend to and work with you to ensure that you can manage requests. The building is well maintained and the elevators are quick moving.”

“Been using this place for years. The staff are very helpful and friendly (Wilfred). They will navigate you through anything that needs to be addressed at your unit and offer to negotiate with headquarters on the expected, random rate increases.”

“If you need storage in Kenner, go to the Clay Street location and pray you get the representative I worked with today on June 30, 2026! She is an absolute rockstar. She was so incredibly thorough, kind, and genuinely sensitive to my needs. She went completely above and beyond to take care of me.Honestly, if this company could clone her, every other storage facility in town would go completely out of business! I only walked in to grab some basic information. Instead, her amazing energy, warmth, and professional demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I rented a unit right on the spot.
