She is an amazing teacher. She is professional, caring and so very knowledgeable. She has a way with dogs unlike anyone else I have encountered. She is an awesome employee and I have seen her go out of her way to help customers. She is a gem!!! Lita and Shadow along with the other dogs in the class have come so far in a relatively short period of time. We haven't yet but I look forward to each class.

Love that they bathe him thoroughly and then brush him out making sure to get any loose shredded hair after washing. Super easy to make appointments....especially if you call in advance to get on their ledger. They also do a good job at clipping and filing claws on our German Shepherd. Most importantly is the fantastic consistency we've gotten in service....we have until yet to be dissatisfied with the care they provide for or dog. -- Another perk is they also make the owner's day by occasionally putting little cute bandanas on them that reflect the current holiday season, sports season, pet name, etc. that just brings a smile to your face!! Love these guys and will use them as long as they remain in the business of pet care!! -- Thanks Guys!!!

1302 Perkins Rd, Baton RougeI moved to Baton Rouge in 2023 with my then 85 pound American Bully. She had actually just gotten surgery before our move and I needed to quickly find a vet that I could trust to monitor her after care. After a recommendation from a classmate, I couldn't have chosen a better veterinarian practice. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Meade, and all of the technicians are welcoming, knowledgeable, and treat my girl as if she were their own. We are greeted warmly every visit and I never feel uneasy or question how I or my dog are being treated.The only downside to this practice is the cost a lot of times as it seems it can be a bit overpriced compared to some other local veterinarians. However, I am unsure if I would get the same care at other practices which I value, so that is ultimately why I choose to stay with Garden District.

They only have one appointment at a time, so we never have issues with other animals in the lobby, especially if we call before going inside. The first time we went the staff did a great job getting to know my dog, giving her treats, and making her comfortable so now she enjoys the vet and the people there!
