“This location is improving continuously, they are well stocked, clean, and there's normally someone close to lend a hand if needed. This is the third update I've done on this particular Walmart, they continue to impress. The store seems much busier now, and the employees are handling it great. Always a smooth shopping experience.”

“I love all of her products. I’m overloaded with products due to those wonderful sales. My last online order, I had an issue so I emailed them(they always email and ask if order was ok), they resolved the issue with no problem. I went into the store on this morning (my first time because I always shop online as I do not live in Lafayette). She wasn’t there as she had just left, so I had a PLEASURE of dealing with her son. He was patient, courteous, helpful and VERY respectful. He honored what was told to me in the email. Young man ( I didn’t get his name) may God bless you with your heart’s desires.

“The store itself is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. But i only go here if I absolutely have to due to the beggers in the parking all day every day. The minute you park they are knocking on your window. I understand homeless people are in a bad situation, and its not even them. Several openly smoke weed leaned up on the ice machine. That’s who im referring to. This is absolutely ridiculous and they need to be run off. I have no pitty for them and certainly not giving them any money.”

“This is the most organized and cleaniest Family Dollar (Store #01714) I have ever been in. I shared my observations with cashier. She was proud to inform me that manager takes pride in the appearance of store. Cashier had great customer service as well. Keep up the good work.”
“Five stars because Crystal is awesome, great customer service, she took the time to call me back when the previous employee did the bare minimum. She could have not called me back and left me with the previous lady response (no effort to even see what the issue could be). I would be waiting about a week for my medication card when nothing was wrong with the info I provided.”
“I shop here every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for Skinny Pop Popcorn. If I can't make it to the South Side of town, I stop here. This strip mall is just as nice, with police presence on weekends.”

“My husband was needing advice on some items (for me, had a medical issue/ a wound that needed treatment), and not only did the lady go above and beyond to satisfy his questions, she took him through the whole process and reassured him I would be okay when all was said and done. What amazing service! I was truly impressed and very very grateful.”

“If you don’t have your Walmart app, you need to seriously take time download it. It’s free and if you don’t have Wal-mart plus then you need to take time again and get it too because what’s in it will blow your mind. It has everything that you can imagine it so much more. It has a live Vet with Walmart plus you get the service for free to save my little dog’s life.”
“I wasn't up to going to the big stores and to my surprise, they had everything I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. You can see it from the highway and it is handicapped accessible.”
“It's a Walmart, so set your expectations appropriately. I have had good help (such as in the electronics section) and, uh, let's say no help because I asked the wrong person the wrong question. But It's a big store and lots of things. I can say definitely it's my favorite of the Lafayette Walmarts. So, I recommend it. Yah, I go here a lot. I have also used the order ahead and pickup at the curb, which worked very well. But since I'm retired, I can wander the store at my leisure. Hmmm, so do I need another ice chest for crawfish boils?”
