“I love all of her products. I’m overloaded with products due to those wonderful sales. My last online order, I had an issue so I emailed them(they always email and ask if order was ok), they resolved the issue with no problem. I went into the store on this morning (my first time because I always shop online as I do not live in Lafayette). She wasn’t there as she had just left, so I had a PLEASURE of dealing with her son. He was patient, courteous, helpful and VERY respectful. He honored what was told to me in the email. Young man ( I didn’t get his name) may God bless you with your heart’s desires.
I decided to write this review to highlight this young man in a positive way. It was so amazing witnessing this young man doing his job in such a great manner.”

“Always well stocked and associates take SUCH good care of you! From the little lady in jewelry, to the main stock lady, as well as all of the cashiers. They are always so cheerful and nice to just say hi to on my weekly treasurehunts! ESPECIALLY around Halloween when I am in there 5 times a week!”

“I like this place, the staff are always friendly. Actually the manager I forgot her name one time folded the jeans I bought 3 times because she wanted it to look perfect meanwhile at lulu lemon the cashier literally threw my clothes in the bag didn’t bother to fold them.”

“Clean store and helpful employees. If you use red card and cartwheel you can get good discounts. They have an excellent bakery. Order online through the app and pick up in the store or drive up is so convenient. They have a good geab and go section in the front of the store near the deli. There is a Starbucks inside the store.”
“My wife and I went to JCPenney in Lafayette to exchange a suit jacket and pants for the same items in a larger size. There was personnel in the store, but when we asked for assistance we were told that no one was available in that department. Because of that, we had to search through the racks ourselves to find the items we needed.
The store also felt a bit on the warmer side during our visit, which made the shopping experience slightly uncomfortable.
Once we got to the register, however, the assistant manager—was very helpful and made the exchange process quick and easy. She was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service, and the associate working with her was also very helpful during the process.
Overall, the checkout service from the assistant manager and her associate was excellent, but the store could improve by having staff available to assist customers on the sales floor when help is requested.”

That is why Zach earns the title Steward of Small Mercies. Not because he does anything grand or theatrical, but because he reminds us that character is built in the quiet moments, when nobody is watching and nothing is expected in return.”
“The store itself is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. But i only go here if I absolutely have to due to the beggers in the parking all day every day. The minute you park they are knocking on your window. I understand homeless people are in a bad situation, and its not even them. Several openly smoke weed leaned up on the ice machine. That’s who im referring to. This is absolutely ridiculous and they need to be run off. I have no pitty for them and certainly not giving them any money.”

It’s free and if you don’t have Wal-mart plus then you need to take time again and get it too because what’s in it will blow your mind. It has everything that you can imagine it so much more. It has a live Vet with Walmart plus you get the service for free to save my little dog’s life.”
