“Wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, ready to eat salads, frozen food with an international Flair, lots of nuts, dried fruits, snacks, crackers and chips, oh and a fabulous liquor section. You can't beat their brand of vino!Hands down my favorite grocery store! They now have Pinot Noir in a box!
3/3/25 I am so excited because now they have two trader Joe's in the greater New Orleans area and they're building third! I'm going to have a trader Joe's about 1 mi from my house! How exciting is that!

I really love Korean food, and this store is my go-to for everything korean. If you're interested in making your own recipes then this is the place you'll want to visit. I recommend their young radish kimchi, and their Nappa cabbage kimchi. Also recommend their yellow Pickled radish. Their garlic is super fresh and the old and new owners are super nice and helpful.”
“Nowhere on planet earth, can you get as much Cajun selection of meets. We live 500 miles away and we have spent upwards of$1k stocking up. Everyone has always been friendless and helpful!
Pro tip: If you are pulling a boat, use the parking lot next door... you will thank me.”

“We all know Trader Joe’s has great products, but what really stands out is how laid-back and friendly the staff are at the New Orleans and Metairie locations. It just makes shopping there a breeze. And of course, the fruit prices might be a bit higher than some other grocery spots, but the overall experience definitely makes up for it.”

“Doing my own personal hunt for the best poboy and Zara’s is currently at the top. Got the shrimp and roast beef and both are my favorite version of each—overstuffed (compliment) with small, well fried shrimp on soft bread, mayo, very well shredded lettuce, and tomato. The ferdy was just as much roast beef debris as satisfying full ham pieces, leaving me satisfied without sacrificing the messiness that leaves me full. Put it down the hatch with a Diet Coke on my back porch, since the ambiance knocks zara’s down a notch for a tourist, but is no knock to a local.”
“Kased International Market in Kenner is a true gem. I love the quality and variety of their herbs and international products—you can really tell care is taken in sourcing. I recently picked up hawthorn and olive leaves, and they were fresh, well-packaged, and exactly what I was looking for for my herbal routines.

Went to self checkout after which was quick and easy. I enjoy shopping here because they offer different and unique items that you don't see in Walmart also.”
