“My boyfriend’s car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended this place. We aren’t from Louisiana so we just went with it, and I’m so glad we did. They got him right in and figured out it was the alternator. Honestly, he waited longer for the parts place than it took them to replace it!
Once they put it on, they realized it also needed a new battery, but it was too late to get one that night. Instead of leaving him stranded, they took him to a hotel and made sure it was in a safe area. The next morning they even picked him up and brought him breakfast! The parts store messed up and brought the wrong battery twice, but the shop gave him a discount for the extra wait.
I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank y’all so much for taking care of him and going above and beyond!”

He was so nice and helpful - they didn't have the right size tire to replace it, but he and his guys did an excellent patch job that held overnight til I could get my tire replaced. The shop was so busy and it was close to quitting time, but they helped me and never even seemed like I was inconveniencing them. 10/10 would recommend and would go back (but I hope I don't need to!!)”

They were able to see me in a day and quoted me half of what the other mechanic did. They also finished in two days, very fast for my problem. I highly recommend them. Even though he was about to close, he found a replacement tire and had me come over. Price was great and service was fast. I would definitely recommend J & C Quality Used Tires.”

I was having technical difficulties and already frustrated with being in an accident. I called the Receptionist said bring it over will help you. Brought it over one Not only did they help me with the link sent the pictures got me set up in my rental car when I picked up my truck after being repaired it was so clean. Didn’t even realize it was mine truck ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ start to finish
