It's much more organized than other leagues so if you're signing up by yourself, they make it comfortable. USc LA really focuses on the social aspect so it's a great way to meet new people that live in the area and share similar interests. I can't say enough good things about this league, I'll definitely be signing up again.”

“I would like to recognize Darius who took extra special care of me during a shoe exchange on 09/01/23. I called the Hammond Aire location to see if they had a different color of the shoes I had purchased recently at the Siegen Ln. location. Darius was very polite when I called the store and told me he did have the color I wanted and that he would hold the shoes with my name so I could come into store and exchange them. When I arrived an hour later, the store was full of customers and Darius was the only employee working in the front of the store. He was very calmly multi-tasking by answering the phone, checking out customers in line, and answering customer’s questions. He was very kind, patient and helpful to every single customer, and, believe me everyone was not as patient as Darius. When my turn arrived, I told him how much I appreciated his help and I also complimented him on the OUTSTANDING JOB he was doing with all of the customers he was helping. He just smiled and said, thank you, I appreciate your kindness. The only delay I experienced was waiting for the manager to come to the register to approve the exchange. I told her Darius deserves a BIG raise because of his excellent customer service. I have worked with the public for forty years and I am acutely aware of customer service. Darius is a GEM!”

They are always so helpful and if They don't have a shoe you like in your size then they can call other stores and find out for you! My experience with them has always been amazing !
