Customers report very good experiences, with many describing courteous, professional, and phenomenal staff who are patient and knowledgeable. Employees frequently go above and beyond to accommodate customers, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This includes helping to find vehicles at other locations when needed, calmly assisting with issues like refueling, and efficiently handling customer information to streamline the rental process. The company enjoys long-term loyalty, with some customers renting for over 25 years and reporting consistent VIP service where any problems are addressed very quickly. Vehicles are noted to be clean, sanitized, and nice, arriving with a full tank of gas and driving smoothly.
