“Unbelievable customer service from Hussain! This man bent over backwards for me today! I was having a rather Kate McAllister kind of day. Flights changing, cancelations and absolute chaos while I am attempting to get home to my sons! Mr. Moosvi was also having a day for all the same reasons. People were not nice to him when he was trying his best to help everyone! He was also manning the phones and helping his coworkers. It was absolute chaos. A snow storm shutting down the east coast, airports are closing, and it is Sunday at noon, this was one of the only open Enterprise locations in the city. Hussain was calm and productive amid all of the insanity. He got me on the road quickly and in the car that worked best for me! This man made an Enterprise customer out of me for life! He is destined for big things.”

“Got our rental from Budget in Marrero. Samantha helped us and was amazing. She was very helpful through the whole process. I have rented vehicles here a few times and never had any issues! I will definitely be back.
Update: Not locations fault but the brake motor to the suburban that we rented rented went out 2 days before heading home. We had to drive an hour and 45 minutes to exchange vehicles because the closest airport in Asheville didn't answer to confirm if they had a replacement vehicle. That meant we had to ride with the tow truck to Waynesville airport.”

“Great experience renting from this Hertz/Thrifty location. I was able to modify my reservation and drop-off after hours with no problems. There was a flash-flood warning the day or our rental so employees had to stick around. They were so helpful & accommodating after a stressful day of driving.”
“If Google takes you to a sketch part of town with barbed wire around a bunch of lots then you're on the wrong side of I-10. Go to the other side and it shows up as Avis/Budget.”

“Always friendly willing to work with you … i would like to say i have witnessed others getting upset because sadly sometimes they book a reservation and don’t read the fine print… we have rented from this location for over a year now … What people need to understand is it is not the store’s fault if they don’t have vehicles… Alot of times they are supposed to have returned vehicles and people extend the reservation… which is done online so they have no control over vehicles being returned… They will help you find another store or can put you on a list to be contacted if they get one back … Point being book your reservation a day before you need the car … Or just have understanding with the staff it really isn’t there fault … we love this store !!!”
