“Unbelievable customer service from Hussain! This man bent over backwards for me today! I was having a rather Kate McAllister kind of day. Flights changing, cancelations and absolute chaos while I am attempting to get home to my sons! Mr. Moosvi was also having a day for all the same reasons. People were not nice to him when he was trying his best to help everyone! He was also manning the phones and helping his coworkers. It was absolute chaos. A snow storm shutting down the east coast, airports are closing, and it is Sunday at noon, this was one of the only open Enterprise locations in the city. Hussain was calm and productive amid all of the insanity. He got me on the road quickly and in the car that worked best for me! This man made an Enterprise customer out of me for life! He is destined for big things.”

“One man station with an old printer, so expect long wait time if the printer is feeling grumpy. However, Jasper is super awesome!!! If you fill out all the reservation online forms, you’ll get out in no time.

“I just want to express the wonderful customer service I get at this location on Barataria , from Ms Sam, she has such a wonderful personality and always there to assist, we have been renting a black Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 2 months while her truck gets repaired, I can go anywhere else and probably save a little, but I won't & my wife is the hardest person to please, & she loves her so guess we staying”

“Facility was visibly marked. Problems started right from the get go. Reservation was for 12pm on Sunday upon arriving we were told no vehicle was there for us and to leave and they'd call when one came in. No one called for almost an hour after our reservation so we called them for the guy to say the car was ready whenever. We came right back and told here's your grey RAV4. Nope, it was a silver 4Runner with the license plate dangling off the front, pulling hard to the right and a nice clear chip in the windshield in the driver's line of sight, it clearly stunk of cigar usage and no one walked the vehicle for us to point anything out. Thankfully took photos to cover our butt. Upon return, we were told we'd be charged $450 for dog hair since my service dog was in the vehicle which is illegal to charge for. The only nice part was being allowed the chance to clean the car before she finished our return again, zero walkaround though to point out issues as she walked right off. There's a reason the reviews are poor for this place and they hold true. Guest service is poor and staff would do well learning federal discrimination laws around service animals.”

The car would not start had to get the car switch and they made everything easy for us these are awesome people we were able to resume our anniversary.”
