About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides rental cars at airport and New Orleans locations, with service in over 30 countries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The process for pick up, drop off, and extending a rental can be completed without difficulty. The car was great. However, the telephone service was less than desired, as a representative did not try to accommodate or make suggestions. Overall, many customers had a good time, recommend the company, and would use them again for their easy booking and exceptional customer service.
