“Excellent service, the owner Sam, helped me with my order, I'm happy with my VM5200, he went above and beyond by sending me a few extra items not included with the purchase, the shipping was fast.”

“A-1 Appliance is a first rate company to work with. We were in need of a new dishwasher and after trying, unsuccessfully, at Home Depot and Lowe's, and receiving zero help, we stopped in at A-1. From the moment we walked in the store until we finished our purchase we had a perfect experience. We met a fabulous salesperson, Kristin Chadwick. Patient, kind, very knowledgeable and best of all truly listened to what we were looking for. She showed us several options and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price. Thank you Kristin for all that you did to make our experience a non-stressful one.”

“On Sept 3rd I ordered a Portable air conditioner that was on clearance sale from Home Depot online. I received the package on Sept.8, unfortunately what I received wasn't an air conditioner but a lawnmower! At first I got on the customer service chat service which allowed me to take it to my nearby Home Depot store. I took the mower to the store and met Susan in Customer service. She couldn't believe that I was delivered a lawnmower instead of an a/c. She did some calling and found out the switch had occurred with FedEx. She got us the refund and reordered our a/c which I received in only 2 days. For this screw up FedEx will only get a 1 star rating, for Home Depot, I will still give them 5 stars for their Customer Service handling of the situation in a courteous and prompt way. And in case anyone is wondering why I just didn't keep the lawnmower, I'm not a dishonest person!”
