Horrible pharmacy; they are under staffed and never have my medications in stock. The phone system deliberately makes it impossible to speak to an actual person.

CVS employees in the retail side are ready to answer any questions. The pharmacy, not so much. Yes, they are busy and stressed, which might account for their rudeness and impatience. But there is NO REASON for forgetting that it's the patrons of CVS whom they are serving. And a smile goes a long way.

As per usual. Worst customer service ever. Phones / automated system/ so then you go and they are rude and unwilling to answer any questions. I would recommend stapling your head to the floor before I would recommend refilling a prescription here.
