“Waited 8 hours for cvs to fill my kid’s antibiotic order and wanted to try a new pharmacy so tried Braswell’s. They had the script filled before we could get there straight from the pediatrician’s office. While standing in line the staff checked in to see if we needed anything else. Was in and out with meds in hand within 30 mins of the script being sent from the physician.”

“I called and gave a shout out to their managers, but the message got lost I guess. If you need tires, go talk to Shannon and Duncan and the guys in the tire department. Shannon was able to assist with getting new tires and her attention to detail saved me potentially thousands of dollars. She saw that I had a AWD, and I needed all 4 tires to be the same to prevent damage to my car. I’ve taken my car to other dealers, and no one ever mentioned anything like that to me. Thank y’all for everything, and I’ll recommend all of you to everyone!”

“Business on Hwy 44 in Jayess use to be wonderful when they first opened and a good while after that..Always clean ..professional..and helpful..Since a manager by the name of Nicole was let go years ago, it has only deteriorated since then.. Shelves are hardly stocked.. no one is ever at the cash registers.. if they do come up lately and if the self check out is closed, which by the way only takes card...and if that is down for about the last 2 weeks, it's cash pay only.. I've wintessed on many occasions customers just walking out...employees that were there, not sure if they sre still currently employed were smoking weed in the parking lot very obviously may I add, like it was legal.Very unprofessional environment now and extremely disappointed.. also trash has been so piled up outside on the side of the store it is constantly blowing trash into a friend of mines yard....IF YALL DONT GET IT TOGETHER..THATS LITTLE FAMILY DOLLAR AND DOLLAR TREE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO PUT YALL OUT OF BUSINESS..The majority of the people I know, now attend the DOllar General off of hwy 583 near the green store..Hope for yalls sake, yall can get some new management in there and dependable motivated good workers..”

I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.”

“Top notch service! I really like the Ochsner in Covington's entire facility and staff, and the doctors that are at this clinic. Dr Troy Davis is the best PC doctor I have ever seen, I've been going to him for 6 years now. Also Dr Olga Fermo (neurologist), Dr Lindsey Xiao (podiatrist) and Dr Jeanine Martin (rheumatologist) are the best in their specialty, and they have been terrific in treating my issues. I also want to mention orthopedic surgeon Dr Joey LaMartina at the St Tammany Bone & Joint Clinic, part of Ochsner. He did my total knee replacement and did an outstanding job. I didn't even have a bruise! I had consulted with others in the field and it didn't feel right. When I met with Dr LaMartina, I knew he was the man to do my knee replacement, and I was right, he does amazing work. I consider Ochsner in Covington "my" clinic and I don't want to go anywhere else for care. And the clinic also has PJ's Coffee and that is a HUGE plus for me as an espresso only drinker. Thank you Ochsner Covington for all that you've done for me! I am very grateful!”
