Shannon was able to assist with getting new tires and her attention to detail saved me potentially thousands of dollars. She saw that I had a AWD, and I needed all 4 tires to be the same to prevent damage to my car. I’ve taken my car to other dealers, and no one ever mentioned anything like that to me.
