But I think management should address the issue & concerns that it causes . But overall it’s a quick & easy run in & out majority of the time. The staff sometimes can be a little abrupt & rude, almost like they don’t want to be there most of the time .”

I've known her for years and she takes care of her customers like family. I bring my 6 year old daughter in there daily for her half a small Icee and Mrs Sue is always there with a smile. The other day I walked in and she said " hey Shaun would you like a piece of pizza, we have plenty left over from lunch". Yeah this really sounds like a lady who is a problem. If this guy had a problem the problem was with him and personally I'm glad that pic is posted because he deserves that and more. Even with that she has a smile. Mrs Sue is the best and glad you'll never darken her door again. Good riddance buddy. Oh and for Frank... there is NO pump 11 so maybe old age has kicked in and your dementia getting worse.
