“Crazy Day to shop on Christmas Eve, but the staff was prepared for the madness. Plenty of cashier s to get us through the lines fast. Great Sales too. I was in from out of town and was able to get a Saints and LSU Columbia Style shirts for less than $100.00 Great Deal! Store also had a great police presence inside and outside the store.”

“Overall, fine, I knew what I wanted from the start, and the worker was very attention and knowledgeable on what I wanted. With that said, as I entered the store, there were two workers, one busy with merchandise behind the counter and another standing in the open area looking bored. This worker visually acknowledged my entry and turned away as I got closer. No problem. I wanted to the other worker and tactfully greeted and announced my needs. She was quick to stop what she was doing and assisted.”

“This store was just recently taken over by 5.11 Corporate from Karl Malone. It is now a company owned store and not ran by a third party. Give them a chance to see if their service increases and to show more consistency in their business practices. Most of the 5.11 locations I've visited deliver good service, but like most retail there are some that do not. Let's give them another chance.”

“This is a place I found about two years ago. Since that time, it has become my go-to place to find things that I've needed. Most recently, I spent a frustrating two weeks trying to track down a powder for a new load for a .35 Whelen. Dead ends everywhere except for St. Charles Firearms. Good people. Friendly. Knowledgable. Honest. Willing to help. I'd give them six stars if this site would let me.”
