The patch selection is especially impressive—many of these aren’t available in Europe. The store also has a friendly, family-like atmosphere. “Overall, fine, I knew what I wanted from the start, and the worker was very attention and knowledgeable on what I wanted. With that said, as I entered the store, there were two workers, one busy with merchandise behind the counter and another standing in the open area looking bored. This worker visually acknowledged my entry and turned away as I got closer. No problem. I wanted to the other worker and tactfully greeted and announced my needs. She was quick to stop what she was doing and assisted.”
