“The service is extremely laid back. No one approached us as we went through the vast array of shoes. We tried several different sizes and styles. The selection is vast and you should be able to find what you want/need. Thank goodness my grandson knew what he was looking for.”
“Crazy Day to shop on Christmas Eve, but the staff was prepared for the madness. Plenty of cashier s to get us through the lines fast. Great Sales too. I was in from out of town and was able to get a Saints and LSU Columbia Style shirts for less than $100.00 Great Deal! Store also had a great police presence inside and outside the store.”

“My daughter was fitted for her first pointe shoes with Mindy. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff listened to her and made appropriate recommendations. It took a while, which we expected, but it was definitely worth the drive. They are patient and very knowledgeable. Mindy genuinely cared about the fit and future of our little dancer. In the end, my daughter left totally elevated with the entire experience….just what your first pointe shoe fitting should be. The communication on email is a bit slow and delayed, but still worth it for the I -person service. Highly recommend.”

“The white blonde female staff was cautious and very helpful. Saved my time. They issued me a $16 refund for my exchange due to the higher price I paid in the branch in Riverwalk. I am going to wait for my bank to verify that. Thing is, the Riverwalk one is a factory outlet and this one is retail, and somehow this one is cheaper for my favorite original straight extreme flex pants. This store is good people and clearly superior than avg Louisiana service.”

“This store was just recently taken over by 5.11 Corporate from Karl Malone. It is now a company owned store and not ran by a third party. Give them a chance to see if their service increases and to show more consistency in their business practices. Most of the 5.11 locations I've visited deliver good service, but like most retail there are some that do not. Let's give them another chance.”
