“I am someone who has never owned a bow before, but always wanted to get into bow hunting. The day I met Sammy he was working with one of his other clients and you could just tell that he was the guy in town for bow hunters and archers. Seemed like every customer that came in told him hello. I told him I was a beginner and he created me an estimate for a bow, and when I came to pick it up, it was nothing less than incredible. (Matthews Arc). The build on it was truly incredible and Cory took me upstairs and helped sight it in and made some minor adjustments and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He coached me up and when I walked out of there, I felt like I could practice exactly what he told me to do and sure enough in a few days time I’ve gotten significantly better with my draw and aim. I will be a customer for life. I honestly feel like I’m apart of their team now lol. Very good local people. Thank you for everything.”

“My daughter was fitted for her first pointe shoes with Mindy. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff listened to her and made appropriate recommendations. It took a while, which we expected, but it was definitely worth the drive. They are patient and very knowledgeable. Mindy genuinely cared about the fit and future of our little dancer. In the end, my daughter left totally elevated with the entire experience….just what your first pointe shoe fitting should be. The communication on email is a bit slow and delayed, but still worth it for the I -person service. Highly recommend.”

“The white blonde female staff was cautious and very helpful. Saved my time. They issued me a $16 refund for my exchange due to the higher price I paid in the branch in Riverwalk. I am going to wait for my bank to verify that. Thing is, the Riverwalk one is a factory outlet and this one is retail, and somehow this one is cheaper for my favorite original straight extreme flex pants. This store is good people and clearly superior than avg Louisiana service.”

“This store was just recently taken over by 5.11 Corporate from Karl Malone. It is now a company owned store and not ran by a third party. Give them a chance to see if their service increases and to show more consistency in their business practices. Most of the 5.11 locations I've visited deliver good service, but like most retail there are some that do not. Let's give them another chance.”
