“I have lived in the Lakeview neighborhood (within a quarter mile of Rocky Ace Hardware) for 10 years. I cannot count the number of times that I have used their services, but 100% of the time, I have been greeted at their door by professional, kind, and helpful representatives for all of my needs. Again, that’s 100% of the time. They are simply excellent. Rockery Ace Hardware has been consistently reliable, affordable, and freakin’ fantastic. Cutting keys, sizing bolts and washers, addressing inner tube sizes, talkin’ trailer issues, or chewing the fat…you would be doing yourself a great service by paying them a visit! Very highly recommended.”

“So let's be honest it's harbor freight! You get what you pay for, right? Which is why this is one of the Landry's families favorite places to go lol!!! The staff is very helpful and always polite. I honestly cannot say that we have had any negative experiences at harbor freight. I'm a harbor freight member with the harbor freight credit card. 2 thumbs up from the Landry's!!”

“Love this place - they may have crazy business hours, but their assortment of reusable materials and hardware is second to none in the Greater New Orleans area. I never leave empty handed. From an old mason jar full of mixed screws and hooks to antique French doors, there's bound to be a treasure for every patron waiting around any of its numerous corners and crevices. With incredibly reasonable (sometimes negotiable) pricing, I make an effort to stop at The Green Project before heading to those big box hardware stores for most accoutrements. If you like the atmosphere of a hardware store flea market and don't mind getting a little dirty while digging, you'll love it. The staff are always laid back and ready to assist in any way they can.”
4301 Jefferson Hwy, New Orleans LA 70121
“I like this hardware store. I have been going here fifty years. Not a big box type of store. The men who run this store are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend going in and taking a look around, it sells some interesting items. I am going to return to buy a boiling pot and burner that I need. It's too large to get on an airplane, so I will drive back to Jefferson,La. to get it. Follow up I drove back to this store a month later and bought a 102 quart stainless steel pot and a stainless steel two jet burner. The two cost me $520.00 . I was glad to get them and I will find out in the spring if I made a good choice. I will do an update and say just what I think.”

“The employees I have encountered here have taken customer service to the next level. Very friendly and if you're looking for something most will stop what they're doing and actually take you to the location of your inquiry not just point and leave you to your own devices. They have a self checkout system but there are people there to assist you. They will actually cheerfully assist or check you out if you need help.”

“One of the employees (we didn't get his name but he is 6'7")there saw us and even though he was heading to lunch he stopped and escorted us to what we needed. He said it will only take me a few minutes to show you where you need to go and then I can go to lunch. That was true customer service. You don't get that too often these days.”
