T Pops, has hands down claimed the trophy. They have pork and crawfish examples for sale. Upon first bite, I cried a slight tear of joy. A true culinary delight!!! Casing split easily and moisture content was flawless. The flavor is bursting with righteousness. Generous portions for sure. Digested very well”
