“I read the reviews and I don’t understand why anyone would say that about the new manager Charity. As long as you communicate and pay your bill she will never have to come to your home in first place. So pay your bill or answer when they call you. But as for me and my experience she gave me a great deal on my mattress and her customer service was excellent along with all employees that I encountered when I was in store and also when I call.”
