I come in here everyday running late and pissed off, but leave with a smile. Also, the pumps, windows, and inside conditions are always super clean. -that one guy who always comes in a tuxedo with all the pens.”

Earlier I went to fill up and noticed the pump had a semi steady drip that could have probably become a problem so I let the cashier know and she was really kind and came out to see it seemed like she would let the right person know. ?”

“If you ever need to stop for gas and grab a few snacks - this is the place! The whole store including the ladies bathrooms are very clean! They also have a sitting area where he coffee is located. I must say the collection of snacks, candy, and drinks is large and the set up is very neat and organized! Not too much of a selection of hot snacks but they do have some tornadoes and nacho and cheese. What I love about this place is the staff, they are superb friendly and made you very welcomed by saying hello and smiling! They were also playing music in which they were smiling and singing too! Being there first thing in the morning made my day! The location is in a busy intersection in Gonzales so it's a little challenging getting out of the property. I gave it five stars because of the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the store, and the friendly staff!”

“These five stars is for the young woman named Marla Goshay , I came in for gas and she was the only employee working in the store ALONE!!!! No other co-workers bur machines that don't work properly and as people came in and lines became longer she remained calm and that made the customers be patient also as they were saying she's doing a great job to be by herself!! “Every time I enter the CVS store in Gonzales, Louisiana, the staff and managers are very friendly and welcoming, I find them to be helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. I mostly shop in the retail store area and rarely use the pharmacy only because I have very few prescriptions, but when I do, they've been very helpful. I find the shelves in the store to be well stocked and very neatly maintained. This store is very clean and neat; it is obvious to me that the employees really care and take pride in keeping the store in great shape for their customers. Sometimes, I order online and pickup the items the next day. Every time, my items are correct and available immediately when I arrive. I believe this CVS is one of the best of the best where I have shopped for OTC medicine and snacks. I've even purchased approximately two dozen athletic leggings and jeggings for my exercise class. In my opinion this CVS store in Gonzales, Louisiana is a first class store.”

Professional pharmacist said this, come on what kind of Bull is this?Please quit lying to people. My time as many other customers is just as valuable as yours.This happens every month, either the pharmacy staff is rude to you as soon as you pull up or walk up or they outright lie to you. It doesn’t hurt to be nice and be truthful. Why would put someone out of there way to come back at a certain time then tell them to come back Tuesday ?”
