Not only did he give me his undivided attention, but he also made recommendations. I have never encountered this type of customer service at any Nike store ever, and I've been to A LOT of Nike stores. Jordan gave me outstanding customer service!!! “While at the Tanger Outlet Mall, we stopped in Crocs to check out the platform options. Of course they had many styles and colors, but I was most impressed by the wall of clearance Crocs. They also had a sale on the wall buy 2 get 2 free! That prompted our group to try to each get a pair. Mother parent and I stumbled upon a cute gold and silver glitter pair and I was sold when I found some charms for $5. After the discounts, we ended up with 4 pair of Crocs and my charms for a little over $100. Can't beat that!”

“The day I came to buy boots, there was a little issue/misunderstanding about a voucher. However, the woman working there gave me fantastic service. She helped find the right pair of boots. I love my boots and they are so comfortable. The next day I went back to get the voucher part fixed. Overall, great and friendly service. Thank you.”
