“My favorite dollar store. Its always clean and organized. Only problem i ever had here is i always have to wait for cashere to come check me out, or they don't have the key to the cigarette cabinet and this is a problem because sometimes I walk from my home to the store(1.25 mile walk one way) I still would prefer this store over another one any day of the week.”

“Jerry Lee's, an institution in these parts. First of all, some of the nicest people work here, never heard a complaint or cross word from anyone working there. Always eager to help and help you with your decisions (trust me, if you don't have help you are going to walk out of there and need an additional fridge to store everything in that you see.) Great selection of some delicious foods. It goes without saying the boudin is top 5 in the state. They even have cast iron Dutch ovens! I could and have spent hundreds of dollars in one trip. Just a good old fashioned place with great people and food.”

“We went here on Sunday afternoon to shop. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and there are many selections of items here. The prices are higher than WalMart and Aldi's but they do occasionally have great sales such as with their Coke and Community Coffee products.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Hi Nabor store on Winbourne Ave in Baton Rouge. The cashier, Troimesha was so wonderful and caring with two older women in her line. She did not lose her composure when they were not able to use their debit card for their purchase. She waited so patiently for them to try numerous times. Troimesha even spoke to everyone in line prior to her assisting them. I have had so many different positive experiences with the entire staff as well as the store. Thank you Troimesha and the entire management team and staff! Job well done! ??????”

“John's is, well, John's. All-in-one shopping experience if you need to grab a little gas for the mower before running in to grab what you need to fix that leaking faucet, pick up a few steaks for dinner, and get the wife a pack of cigarettes. Just don't expect to pick up a six-pack to cool off after all that work.I like John's and shop here often despite living an equal distance between this store and Walmart. The prices are on par with other locally owned competitors, and you get a lot less traffic along with a much more personalized shopping experience.Writing the first paragraph in this review makes me think that John's Grocery & Hardware could be summarized as follows:"The Perfect 'Honey-Do' Store"...You can get a new housekey, grab a 10mm socket to replace the 22 you've lost over the past 10 days, find the hardware you need to check off a few more things, get a nice hot breakfast bowl and some coffee, then grab the breakfast items you're going to coerce your wife into cooking for the kids while you're outside drinking the beer you bought down the road, I mean working hard to get that honey-do list done.Oh yeah, did I mention they don't sell beer? It's not a bad thing. There are plenty of places to buy that stuff. Ten out of five stars.”

“I went to this store based on location convenience. The store was a little in disarray, but completely understandable as they have a lot of things marked down after the holiday and the general public has little to no regard of how they leave things in retail stores. There were employees working on rezoning the aisles and I could see the progress they were making. But the customer service alone will bring me back to this location. Every employee I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed help. Everyone was super friendly and from observing and talking with a few I can tell that they take pride in this store and really care that the customers are taken care of!! I observed who I think was the manager and she was awesome - in making sure customers were greeted and employees were staying on top of what needed taken care of. Will definitely go back.”

“this place is really cool they have cooked food inside and a place you can sit and eat. I like to get the preseason fajita meat from the butcher's counter. one time I saw a chicharrone as big as a pillow I'm not even going to lie. they have vegetables in there that you have never seen in your entire life ?”
“This Walmart is extremely busy everyday all day. They seem to do a decent job keeping the shelves stocked, better then most. On the weekends you can barely get down the aisle with other customers and Walmart employees shopping for the delivery customers. It's best to shop here during the week.”
“This location was pretty decent when I visited. They have everything. I didn't get that cute shower curtain I wanted but maybe next time. The cashier was so polite and helpful! :)”

“Spanish shopping center, very polite, friendly people, great food, and you can drink the water, American's were told when you go to Mexico not to drink the water because it gave you the runs. Please to let you know that 90 percent of Spanish people that I have worked with and met throughout my years are hard working, honest, and trying to accomplish what our great country was built and founded on , the American Dream, to be free, safe place to raise their children ,, healthy, work , etc. . That's my opinion anyway!! Aka Google maps.”

“My Husband two kids and I moved right down the road new to the area lol from Mississippi and My Husband and I Go to the store and the workers are nice store is clean and safe always smells just delicious omg the food ya'll must try it's cooked fresh and is delicious I enjoy the crawfish we've got
Also I swear if you stop here by the check it's homemade Jerky in zip plastic bags big or small you call purchase our favorite is the Cajun but My 10 year old daughter has to eat the regular flavor ones bc she doesn't like the to her opinion spicy Cajun ones lol but both is always just delicious along with the the cooked food or uncooked meats the have there”
