“I liked this place because it was near the place I had to work there. So I just choose it
But I believe you can find better places with the same price.
Btw I had to pay for parking separately.”

“This is a beautiful historic building with balconies, courtyards, spiral staircases and antiques. Well maintained property. We got to meet the owner who puts a special touch into everything. Clean, housekeeping excellent and the cats made daily appearances in the various rooms. Perfect location.”

“My husband and I stayed her for 3 nights right after Fat Tuesday. This Inn is in such a great location - located right across from the river. Walk anywhere in the French Quarter right from the front door! Decateur St. seemed to settle down by around 10pm so we did not get any of the noise from the French Quarter really. Short walk to Cesears, Canal St., Bourbon St., Cafe Dumond etc. The building itself is a historical building with a really lovely, quiet courtyard where you can relax after a long day of walking. The shower was hot and water pressure amazing, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming. We will stay here EVERY time we come to New Orleans from now on!”

“The epitome of style and old world grace from the beautiful exterior to the warm experience of being greeted by the Doorkeeper, the Front Desk Agent, and the Bell Captain. Every detail thoughtfully executed to ensure the optimum guest experience. The rooms speak to another time, the roof top pool a welcome oasis in the middle of New Orleans, and the Carousel Bar & Lounge gives one a moment to pause and soak in what the area must have been like long ago. Dark wood, rich warm low lighting, background music, and attentive bartenders make for an experience second to none. A specific call out to both Nolin (seek him out - his knowledge of the area and how to traverse it is invaluable) and Jasmine for their thoughtfulness and welcoming personality which made our trip one that will be remembered for a long time!”

“Every time I eat here I love it more and more! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is so charming. I especially love “young Mike “ as our server! It's like he is a professional in all things hospitality. He cares for everyone individually and his stories are very entertaining. I cannot wait to go back!”

“Perfect location in the French Quarters. Walk just 2 minutes to the heart if it all! The double room was spacious and has a small refrigerator in the tv console. The room and the property are very clean. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Sebastian, who was wonderful and helpful! My friends and I agree, we will return here from now on when visiting NOLA!”

“This hotel is an excellent location and has a fun history BUT if you are spoiled to certain amenities when traveling keep in mind: There are no on demand movies, there is no way to steam platforms like youtube or prime (tv not set up cable only), balcony doors don't lock well (someone tried to open ours in the middle of the night), there is NO ROOM SERVICE and you cannot order from the affiliated restaurants (just off registration desk) by phone you must go down to order and wait for a to go order. I prefer to be spoiled on vacation and having to leave my room for EVERY SINGLE MEAL got old. Even just breakfast room service would be nice. Valet was easy efficient and friendly.”

“The building is beautiful. Started with cocktails - very well made. I read reviews and ordered the popular dishes of the hot goat cheese and the ice cream sandwich. Both were wonderful!!! The rest of the menu is a bit limited. What we had was tasty but not a wow kind of tasty. If was solid, a bit on the expensive side which is why I put the value at 4. Our server was very attentive in filling up our water glasses and clearing dishes. Maybe a little too much. I know it sounds picky but you get a bit of the rushed feeling. But we were not rushed out - not at all - had all the time we needed and more. I am very glad that I went. I plan to come back to check out the happy hour.”

“Spent a Saturday night on NOLA with the family. Good location, right on Canal St. and just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St. Had a couple of drinks at the hotel bar and they were delicious. Would definitely stay next time in NOLA.”

“Wonderful stay at this hotel.
I checked in with Set, and he was amazing!

Set was able to move things around and get me checked in early. After a long day of travel, this was greatly appreciated.
Clean rooms and lobby, great price, and complimentary water at the front desk.

10/10, would stay here again.”

“The Eliza Jane hotel in New Orleans is a hidden gem that exceeded all expectations! The ambiance is both atmospheric and stylish, with remarkable attention to detail in every corner. The ground floor offers various spaces for relaxation or productivity, including cozy seating areas and a well-equipped workspace for those needing to bring a laptop. An inviting outdoor terrace with ample seating further enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel’s connection to a restaurant that opens early makes it convenient for guests. The Eliza Jane perfectly combines charm, comfort, and functionality—a standout choice in New Orleans!

Rooms: The rooms at The Eliza Jane are compact and lack windows, which, paired with dim lighting fixtures, can make the space feel a bit enclosed. However, the stylish decor and cleanliness are impeccable, giving each room a cozy, well-curated feel. While it may not be the best choice for those who prefer natural light, the hotel’s ambiance and thoughtful design make up for it, creating a unique and intimate atmosphere.”

“A decent hotel, clean but a bit run down. We love the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second year coming to this hotel for mardi gras. Really nice breakfast area. The hotel is in a great distance to everything.”

“Room - I stayed in 2queen bed room with bath tub. Stayed for 4weeks. Room size is big and comfortable. You can do walking, yoga, relaxed in the room.

Breakfast was really good and had different options.

Customer Service - Ms. Hannah Sammour (Sales Director) of Home2 Suites supported well when my corporate card credit limit reached, I sent an email. She immediately agreed and gave time to do the payment within my stay duration and gave instructions to the hotel reception.

Overall, i had a good stay here and received good service.”

“The room was spacious with everything that we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Laundry is on 1st floor near pool, morning coffee on 2nd floor. We didn't use our vehicle at all during our stay. We used the public transportation system, "le pass," and there is an app to help you get to each trolley or bus. The location was for everything our family wanted to do, but we just didn't have enough time to see it all, so we will be back, and we will stay at Club Wyndham again!

Nearby activities: We visited the French Market for some shopping. We explored the graveyards and found a couple famous names among the tombs. We went to the Mardi Gras experience and got to tour the warehouse and see how they build the floats for the parades. We went on the Evening dinner cruise up the River an the famous Natchez steam boat. The food was amazing and the sites were beautiful.”

“I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter in New Orleans over New Year's! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My king suite garden view room was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was spot on, and I loved the high ceilings and beautiful styling. Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious!

I also appreciated the helpful staff who was friendly and professional. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the Hyatt Centric French Quarter for a fun and convenient stay in New Orleans.”

“Nice little hotel. Rooms are decent sized. Beds are very comfortable. My only issue is the lack of the attention to detail wall damage not repaired, housekeeping only until 3pm. This means anything extra you need is impossible to get after 3pm. It feels like staff just don't care. Location of this place is perfect for all French quarter happenings.”

“Dakota and Monique were amazing. Very accommodating. Hotel room was clean staff was very friendly. 10 min walk to bourbon st 5 min to food and drinks not including whats in the lobby. The only inconvenience was in the 4day we were there the restaurant never opened even though the site and lobby says open daily.”

“Cool bar and restaurant in this fabulous hotel. We asked the manager for a quick tour, and we were delighted with the experience... Very cool to see an inside glimpse of the private patio for hotel guests, and unique features in each boutique room... So much to explore next time!”

“This hotel USED to be great, this was my husband & I’s go to spot (perfect location for going out)however we hadn’t gone since Feb 2020 & actually planned on having our upcoming wedding here. We came to have a meeting for it and after arriving we quickly changed our minds ? I’m pretty sad to see how rough it’s gotten. We’ve come here since 2017 and at least 15 times. The doors are the heaviest doors I’ve literally ever seen at a hotel and they no longer have workers to help you with them or your bags. I absolutely could not get our luggage cart in alone. A woman had to help me by holding the door and it was still hard because of their two double doors one is locked so you’re forced to slide you cart through a narrow doorway. There were people sleeping right outside the hotel door. 5 feet away if that. Butt showing & all. Then we check in and our room is just as beautiful as I remember them. However we were on the second floor room 209 and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The door does absolutely NOTHING for the sound. Guests partying in the courtyard kept us and our baby up until 1 am then we were women up at 7:30 by housekeepers yelling in Spanish at each other and this went on for an hour and a half. It’s 9am now and I’m still listening to them tell back and forth to each other. When I went to grab a robe from the closet there was a massive roach on it. I hate that this once beautiful place has become such a dump. I used to love coming here. We used to be greeted by valet parking and a man opening those heavy doors all while helping us get our items inside. Now you fend for yourself 100% while stepping over sleeping drunks. Unfortunately this will be our absolute last stay here.”

“The room was nice and clean. The gated parking lot was a plus. The restaurant attached to the place, food was great, drinks not so much, way too strong.

Safety: Gated parking lot!

Food and drinks: The restaurant attached to the hotel was a plus.”

“Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Beautiful rooms, beautiful space, beautiful and kind people: Harold, Zaina, just EVERYONE was so kind. The Dew Drop is a living archive and I am so grateful to have learned so much and be in a space that has cultivated and continues to cultivate safety, love, joy and creativity. I can’t wait to come back.”

“The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Hot water for my shower. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Avery who assisted me with my luggage to my room. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, another excellent places to eat nearby. I will definitely book this hotel again.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make our weekend in NoLa comfortable and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in the French Quarter can't be beat.

The rooms are as expected. The building is historic - which is awesome, but don't come here expecting brand new finishes and furnishings. Each room is old, and if you go into it knowing that, then you won't be disappointed.”
