“Glenn was super friendly & very professional & rather funny also 👍💯 UPDATE--I am back to store some of my belongings again & they have a new company name but Glenn is STILL there & as amazingly friendly as before! I called yesterday (right before it was time for the office to close) & he helped me get everything set up so that I could move my things in that very evening!! I REALLY APPRECIATE all the time he spent making sure I remembered all the ins & outs of his business & when I came today to sign my lease Glenn & the young lady that was in the office with him were SO AWESOME!!! & I got some really cool gifts too!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience y'all!!!!💯”

“only had the unit for a few days haven't really used it yet. I did have a semi delima opening the locker. I called and left a message. Immediately the call was returned,she was very helpful and she polite and nice as can be. Its definitely secure. Theres cameras and locked gates, I also like the fact they insure our stuff, that helps know its safe thanks so far. the people there that rent are awesome as well”

“I'm not sure how these guys only got 4 stars. But if you are looking for a RELIABLE, dependable, reasonable, patient company, PLEASE look no further!! I can't say enough good things about these guys!! Working with Faith was such a pleasure!! She really put my mind at ease and assured me that they could get whatever job I needed done, DONE.........AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE!!! AND THEY DID JUST THAT!!!!! I had to get two 30K wheel-loaders loaded, in two separate locations, and she and her crew was so patient with me and what I had going on, I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! Again, I can't say enough good things about this company!!!! THANKS FAITH!!!!! AND THANK YOU CARNIVAL WRECKER!!!! YOU ARE DEFINITELY ON MY CALL BACK LIST FOR ANY FUTURE MOVES IN THAT AREA!!!!”

“Edward was super helpful and kind. He is the star of this location and Cierra was just doing her job. I am a property manager of 200+ luxury units and have ran multiple businesses including being store and sales managers I’ve worked many different trades, however I do understand when you have to do your job but there is also a time to listen and be human. As you both know things happen and sometimes what you may have planned does not go by the plan. I was not aware of the strict requirements on availability and extending the vehicle previously to the actual renting date and by then it was too late I was renting it in the office. That was not either one of your faults and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your business with whomever wanted to rent that U-Haul during my 4 days time. I appreciate anything you both have done in the meantime to insure the vehicle payment ect… was updated so that it was not continually being flagged. I called customer service just to ensure everything was taken care of properly once I knew when I was able to return the vehicle. I was not able to make it to 5:00pm in which I also stated to Ms. Ciera and again was met with her just trying to do her job. I do appreciate you guys finding me a vehicle to use and available last minute and I promise you I had no idea I was going to need it longer that the two days time. I gave 5 starts for Edward however the company and location I would definitely give a 3 star. My usual location was out of vehicles. The -2 for not being updated online or in the system due to over booking long term and not having enough vehicles and also for the following up not being personable enough. Thank you anyway.”
