We got better care/customer service in the two days we’ve been with The Storage Center, than the 1.5 years we were with Extra Storage! Stacy is amazing!! She is friendly, knows her stuff and is caring! Highly recommend this place, just for Stacy alone! lol it is very clean, well lit and a newer facility.”

“Edward was super helpful and kind. He is the star of this location and Cierra was just doing her job. I am a property manager of 200+ luxury units and have ran multiple businesses including being store and sales managers I’ve worked many different trades, however I do understand when you have to do your job but there is also a time to listen and be human.
As you both know things happen and sometimes what you may have planned does not go by the plan. I was not aware of the strict requirements on availability and extending the vehicle previously to the actual renting date and by then it was too late I was renting it in the office. That was not either one of your faults and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your business with whomever wanted to rent that U-Haul during my 4 days time. I appreciate anything you both have done in the meantime to insure the vehicle payment ect… was updated so that it was not continually being flagged.
I called customer service just to ensure everything was taken care of properly once I knew when I was able to return the vehicle.
I was not able to make it to 5:00pm in which I also stated to Ms. Ciera and again was met with her just trying to do her job. I do appreciate you guys finding me a vehicle to use and available last minute and I promise you I had no idea I was going to need it longer that the two days time. I gave 5 starts for Edward however the company and location I would definitely give a 3 star. My usual location was out of vehicles. The -2 for not being updated online or in the system due to over booking long term and not having enough vehicles and also for the following up not being personable enough. Thank you anyway.”
