“Ryan at the Clearview Parkway location called me today (April 26th) to inform me that there was a roof leak in my unit. He was able to relocate me to another unit and I was able to move with minimal upset. Ryan was apologetic and very helpful in the whole process.”
“Just moved out of my storage unit at The Storage Center and I told the manager, Melissa, that I would move right back in if I needed to do so because they have everything you could possibly need! I have used other storage units and have truly enjoyed working with the staff here. All levels of management communicate regularly with the tenants regarding changes or updates that you need to tend to and work with you to ensure that you can manage requests. The building is well maintained and the elevators are quick moving.”

“This self storage place is run by really nice and helpful people. They have storage units that are in a climate controlled building, not very cold air conditioning, but not 85+ degrees either, so if you have something you need a space for that you don't want to get warped or melted by the heat of our summer, check this place out as they have very reasonable rates.”
“CubeSmart storage is conveniently located, easy to access, very reasonably priced and immaculate! Love the fact that I can allow family members to access the building and storage unit using their iPhones. The front desk agent, Kerry, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the unit size differences and showed us the exact unit we were interested in. He explained how the digital locks worked and assisted us in installing the app on our phones. I look forward to using CubeSmart for my storage needs!”

“Getting the truck was very easy and they allowed me to keep it with an extension at a lower price. I don't think that the Appliance dolly was good because when I used it the tire wouldn't roll right. Overall customer service was pleasant. Dropping off the truck was very easy . The truck was clean and the location was convenient.”
