“I am visiting her in New Orleans. Really needed shoes as my Nike shoes were hurting my feet, ankles and knees. The young girl talked to me about several brands of shoes that are better equipped than Nike. Finally went for the New Balance and really felt instantly better! Rest of the day I did not tire as I normally did and my feet felt comfortable in the New Balance. Thank you for answering my questions and working with me to achieve good feet health!”

“I can't say it enough about finding this tennis shoe awesome place. I have difficult feet as in flat feet. I have been to many shoe places but not like this one. I was recommended by my physical therapist to get with them because of the variety of shoes they have. With flat feet a tennis shoe isn't just any shoe. When I walked in I was greeted by Cat. I told her that I was difficult and was she or someone else can help me. She said I would really like to try helping you. She measured me on there machine to give her a base line. She also didn't mind putting her hands on you to help with tying or feeling were things should be. Being with back issues she would assist in taking them off and on and tying them. Most other places will not assist in that way. Like they're afraid to touch you. After the 3rd pair and a check from the owner Ms. Edna gave her final thoughts on fitting. Its great when the owner is there. She put me in Brooks that work together better for me with orthotics. Its the best service and fit in years for me. I tell everyone that I know about the hands on service and knowledge that fleet feet gives, along with there variety of all kinds of name brands. Fleet feet will always be my go to place from now on. Thank You Fleet feet.”

“Not that Second Serve needs another five-star review, but I feel compelled to write one anyway. This might be my favorite business of any type in or around New Orleans. Rob & Co. are extremely knowledgable and able to answer the most esoteric equipment-related questions, and rather than use that as an opportunity to upsell, they are committed to putting each customer in precisely the equipment that suits them. This has meant counseling me, numerous times, to stick with the racquets I've got rather than "upgrade" to something newer. When a business foregoes an easy sale for the benefit of the customer, you know you've found someplace special. Add to that their great selection, competitive pricing, and FREE demo program, and it feels almost stupid to bring your racquet-sports business anywhere else. This place is a 10 out of 10.”

“My daughter was fitted for her first pointe shoes with Mindy. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff listened to her and made appropriate recommendations. It took a while, which we expected, but it was definitely worth the drive. They are patient and very knowledgeable. Mindy genuinely cared about the fit and future of our little dancer. In the end, my daughter left totally elevated with the entire experience….just what your first pointe shoe fitting should be. The communication on email is a bit slow and delayed, but still worth it for the I -person service. Highly recommend.”
