“We need to print our tickets for the essence festival. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place then we found FedEx. The staff was helpful and we were able to print our tickets for less than two dollars for the three day event.”

Then they ask me what they can help me with and not only do they help me with the services I need, they make sure everything looks even better than I could've ever imagined. There is no other place I'd go to in New Orleans nor recommend for any printing needs other than this store.”

“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money.
