“Brought in a powerlifting combo rack to be stripped and coated on Friday. It was ready Tuesday. They unloaded it from my truck while I filed paperwork. When I arrived for pickup, the rack was wrapped on a pallet ready to load in the truck. The black satin finish was fantastic. I will certainly recommend them to anyone as I will be a follow up customer should need arise.

“The employees are professional and patient. I have been a royal pain in the neck over my renovation and trying to pick the perfect shades sometimes means multiple trips to Helm a week. Most recently, they have been helping me find the perfect not too yellow, not too blue, bold but not ostentatious, emerald green and not once have the employees rolled their eyes or made me feel unwelcome to try yet another shade. (And after I finally listened to the pros, I have found the perfect shade called Rainforest Foliage) They are knowledgeable and helpful and I cannot recommend them enough for high quality paint and service with a smile!”
“Employees are very helpful. I am not a painter. I explained what my project was and they directed me and recommended the paint. I also stated that I had received an email from the company but hadn't read it yet. They told me about the special starting the next day. I went home to get a sample for them to color match and dropped it off, as the store had picked up business while I was getting the sample from home. I had also checked my email and it was a GREAT discount. I showed it to them and then I asked if I could pick it up the next day, BOTH gallons. They said sure.
When I returned the next day, they showed me the sample with the color match on it and I couldn't even tell where it was, except for the slight difference in surface finish.
It was EXACTLY what I was looking to get. I guess that is why I keep going back there, even with another (newer) paint store about 100 feet away. I have been going to this SW Store for more than 40 years.”
“I am the Director of Facilities for a company that's been without maintenance staff for a while. I walked into this Sherwin Williams trying to match the property's custom colors. The manager was working and she went above and beyond to help me.
The following Monday, the GM and a sales rep showed up at my job to reassure me that they would help in any way possible. Adjusting to a new property is a taxing goal and, sometimes just knowing you have help, can push you to keep on keeping on for another day.

“As a painter I always enjoy getting supplies here. I’ve always been met by really helpful people when I call or come in with weird questions. The manager is very thorough and likes to look up materials information to make sure you get the right product for the job. Very smart and kind, he has talked me through multiple weird projects when I wasn’t sure of products to use. The store is always neat and organized too. Parking is onstreet, they carry a general selection of rollers, brushes and texture/ filler/ plaster items as well as their paint lines. My last visit I got custom tinted enamel for an aluminum paint project and it came out great . Thanks yall!!”
“Buy your paint here! One of those AMAZING stores with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I needed to match a paint color/texture to blend on a ceiling that attaches the living room, dining room & kitchen--in avoidance of having to repaint all. I bought paint at a chain store, & it was NOT a match! Before repainting every room, I went to PPG. The only sample I had was dried on a paint tray. Sean cut a corner off the paint tray & was able to then chip off a sample that matched the paint PERFECTLY--saving an incredible amount of time and money.”

“A bit tight to back into with a 53' trailer but doable. Nice friendly people. Unloaded in about an hour. Other customers had a hard time passing the tractor across the road but it's the only way to get into the door to unload.”

“I used to get my paint from Lowes, until I got a second batch of what should've been the same color, but was wildly different from the first color. The person behind the counter said there was nothing that he could do, because the computer had dictated the pigment mix.Now I buy my paint exclusively from Farrell-Calhoun, where these guys (especially the Manager Darrell) know what they are doing and produce consistent results every time.”
“I recently bought PVC brick moulding without knowing that I needed a vinyl safe technology paint. I went to my neighborhood Sherwin Williams and Brandon was extremely knowledgeable with all the products they had to offer and helped me find the right paint for me. He was very truthful with me as to what could happen trying to match the specific color that I wanted in the vinyl safe paint because it takes the black out and substitutes different colors in order to achieve it being vinyl safe. I was extremely happy when he was able to match the darker color that I wanted perfectly despite it being vinyl safe. He took his time and didn’t rush me out of the store at all. Brandon made it a great experience along with teaching me a few things along the way. SW definitely gained a new customer.”

Update: it was actually 20 minutes when we decided to leave, but the fact that you guys reached out as soon as business started the next day shows incredible customer service and is worth an update.
Also, I hope that it was just a lateness issue and nothing serious. ?”
