“Over the years of moving around and relocating, I've had my share of renting storage spaces; however, there hasn't been one quite like Fort Knox here on Lapalco in Marrero. Mr. Kevin, Ms. Renette, and Ms. Trinica all go beyond the call of duty to assure the customers are given quality treatment. They are very professional, the buildings are always clean, easily accessible and they are easy to communicate with. “I came here for propane when a hard freeze was approaching. A very kind man named Derrick helped me. He was thorough, checking all propane bottles to make sure they weren't expired and showed genuine concern for safety, which I really appreciate. Despite the cold, he had a very positive attitude, was upbeat, and friendly. He helped me as soon as I walked up, and my bottles were filled quickly. I will definitely fill my bottles here again in the future.”
