“02OV25 ~ A good place to find deals/specials/sales. Most of the good specials are online or in their sales flyers. The grocery specials are in the middle of the store near the front of the store. Some of the sales, often the 'Three Day Sale' items, are really good sales, and will sell out quickly. I recommend you go on the first day of the sale. Some of the employees we encounter are not very interested in being helpful. That is one the few downsides. Another would be that they, without your requesting it, or even knowing about it, charge you for social issues. When I saw the receipt at home, they had placed a charge for 'Toys for Tots' that I did not know about or authorize. We will still go there but buyer beware!”
“Amazing store, amazing staff and most importantly amazing community of players! Play area always had different games running from table top war games, TTRPGs, TCGs and board games. Definitely a must visit store!”
“This is by far the best B&N I've been to. In fact, I've been a regular since 2012. What makes this location so special is the layout and atmosphere. This location is two stories, but the second story only occupies the back half of the store. This means that the first half of the first floor has soaring ceilings which make the space feel much brighter. A portion of the ceiling is covered in skylights, which makes the space feel even brighter.
A railing runs along the edge of the second story, providing an excellent view should one stand there and gaze out on the first floor. As far as book placement, I feel the layout is perfect. The magazine section is at the front along the windows, making this the perfect spot to browse magazines next to the bright windows.
The cafe has been redone within the last year or so, giving it a cozy, updated feel. All in all, an excellent store, and I think this is the best one in the entire country.”

“I am addicted to Lego’s, and when I say addicted I mean I have sold my blood to buy a Lego set before. This said most of the time I have to buy my legos online or at some variety store. For me having the chance to shop at a Lego store is like getting to meet Taylor Swift for others.
As I entered the store I was immediately overwhelmed by the vast amounts of merchandise available at my fingertips. I was greeted by an extremely polite and friendly employee then had to spend ten minutes breathing into a bag so I wouldn’t pass out from over excitement. The amount of unique and large sets sitting on the shelves baffled me. I have only seen most of these sets on a website and here they are for me to hold and drool over. Seeing all these sets in person made me appreciate them even more and want some of the collections I didn’t want before.
Once the overall aesthetic of the store wore off I made my in and started to wish I had more money. On the shelves were sets that had been retired or are extremely hard to get. Now right in front of my eyes here they are ready and begging for me to purchase them. Besides the immense options of sets the store also furnished my eyes to fully built sets to look at and play with. Taking the opportunity to embarrass my daughter this 45 year old man started to play with new museum sets like a 10 year old. After spending 20 minutes imagining the dinosaurs were real and rampaging down town New York I was yanked back to reality and made my way to the back of the shop to investigate what else this heavenly place has to offer. Along the back wall are these round clear plastic containers backlit and filled with loose LEGO pieces available to purchase. Now you can finish the set that had the lost piece and feel a sense of accomplishment. The staff was nice enough to explain to me that the loose pieces could be purchased by one of two different sized box full for a set price. So for a solitary price you can get as many pieces and different amounts you want as long as they fit into one of the boxes.
After spending what felt like hours browsing through all the glorious options I made my way to counter to buy the 10-15 boxes I picked out. The young lady (I believe her name was Shania) greeted me like I was good friend and took the time to scan my selected goodies and assume in getting my LEGO membership number. After putting up with my stupid banter she was still polite enough to assist me with finding a gift for my daughter behind her back. I absolutely love how friendly and helpful the staff is. They have the patience of a saint and the playfulness of a kitten.
All and all this is a marvelous store with an incredible staff and stupendous supply of fun. I had fantastical time and encourage you to visit here some and often. Make sure you buy something if you play with anything.”

“My daughter and I had our first ever visit to New Orleans for the Eras Tour! While we were there we got to do some shopping and popped into Pippen Lane! My daughter is 8 and loves all things that sparkle and loves her accessories even more. Pippen Lane had EVERYTHING you could imagine for all sorts of fun occasions; including the Eras Tour! The staff was so friendly and seemed just as excited for us for the Eras Tour as we were! They made our experience feel extra special. As we were checking out I had mentioned that we don't have anything like their shop out by us and they let us know that they have Instagram and the ship!! So excited to be a returning *virtual* customer until we make our way back out to New Orleans!”

“The lady working the day we went seemed to follow us around physically and with her eyes, but this is a highly populated tourist area, and I had 2 small children with me if that justifies it. The prices were moderate and they had a great selection of toys- squishmallows, rubkis cubes, stuffies, books etc. It's definitely a nice stop if you're traveling with kids and they want to spend their trip money on something for themselves.”

“I really can get lost in this store for hours on end. It is where I went for my Toys for Tots donation this year. I was given tips on how to tell stuffed animal for infants vs. for 2 & up and found this soft, sweet tiger (pic below).I also went here to find a cool gift for my Bad Santa gift (vintage 90's tape shaped sponges, 90's chip clips that look like records, Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty, and a Mood Ring). My gift--which was meant to be 90's nostalgia themed-- was really appreciated and I felt like a lot of other items in the store would have similarly made cute, unexpected gifts.”

“Baby One was a huge surprise children's clothing shop in the midst of stores geared towards souvenirs and foods of New Orleans. The selection of baby, toddler, and older kid clothing was amazing. Outfits ranged from the festive Mardi Gras colored t-shirts to the more sophisticated outfits from Bonne Jean. The pricing was very competitive with online stores and it felt good to support a local business with our purchases. The owner was friendly and the store was very inviting. We loved it!”
“Best purchase ever. Costumer service so great. I spoke with someone on the phone as well as on IG. The response time is very fast. The shopping was so easy online. I really wanted to go to the actual store, but I couldn’t find the time to be able to fly in. I ordered offline and received my cars within a week. Everything about the cars are nice. I brought them from my twins first birthday. My babies love them. The speakers are really loud and I can hear my babies playing the music from across the street. Cars are very spacious. The window of the car is pretty big also, my friend was able to put their names on it. I will be shopping again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
