Can never get a prescription amount right. And often you get a confirmation that the prescription is ready (at noon), to then show up after 4pm to be told that it is not ready and that they are working on it.

2+ hours to fill a prescription, after the dude at the window told us it would take 10-15 minutes to fill. Seriously, how hard can it possibly be to count some damn pills, put them into a bottle and stick the labels on the bottles?! Seriously?!?! A 5th grader could perform that job!
