“So impressed with their staff. I went to pick up a monitor showing they had online. Three staff members took over 20 minutes to find it. I was really impressed that they kept looking and determined to find it.
They checked back with me 3 times to update me they ere looking. When a different staff member asked if I needed help, I explained to him other staff members were looking and he “I‘ll go help.”

I am Very technologically challenged, but Brendon was knowledgeable about everything & so I ended up getting more than I planned on but he made it so easy for me. He literally spent probably 2 hrs helping me choose what I needed & getting me all set up for success. He was sokind & patient.

We had a few hiccups with a miscommunication from an employer on what was offered but the manager at the Marrero store Jonathan assured us it would be handled and it was. He kept in touch with me throughout the process of correcting the error. Great staff and great service. No problems with the network and no dropped calls or dead spots.”
“Steven was a great help in recovering my system. I would strongly complain about the online customer support. They did a tune up on my laptop and I was unable to access my laptop at all. Until I went into the store. I couldn't do the fingerprint scan or enter my pin after the so-called tune up!!!!!!!!!! I called back twice after the tune up and they hung up on me both times. Online support sucks!!!!!!”
