We had originally booked a reservation with Hertz but when we arrived were told it would be a two hour wait for the car. I walked over to enterprise and Juan took great care of us! He helped us find the best vehicle for our trip and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Juan!!!

Overall, they worked with us on our situation. However, I would not rent a 15 passenger van from them (or likely anywhere in the future)
