“Caleb was wonderful getting us set up for our Memorial Day weekend in NOLA. When we started the car Caleb notice it was low on gas basically empty so he gave us clear options of having it filled with 5 gallons or filling it ourselves then he very urgently was able to do it 5 gallons in and get us on the road! Renee was helpful getting us all checked out with sending the deposit back immediately which was wonder considering it was hefty. I do wish we could overnight park at Enterprise if we are staying at the doubletree right next door as that would save us an additional $14 a night for parking literally right next to the lot. It was easy access to walk over so I’m unsure why they are unable to manage overnight parking for rental cars on sight it’s the hotel conveniently located right next door. Even an additional parking expense would've been appreciated from Enterprise as an option to keep us from having to be charged at the hotel.”

“There was no vehicle on the day of scheduled pick up, so I was given a 15 seater Van which was not suitable for my business meetings. The next day, car rental arranged for a brand new 2026 RAV 4. I loved the car. More than what I expected. This was definitely a sweet ending for me. Many thanks to the staff for going above and beyond. Mahalo”
“Great experience renting from this place. Fair prices, and the staff was helpful the man who was working the front desk was great. The car worked perfectly with no issues. They picked us up from the shuttle when we arrived and dropped us back off at the shuttle when it was time to leave, which made everything convenient. I also got my deposit refund fairly quickly after returning the car. Only small issue was the gas tank wasn’t completely full, it was halfway so it wasn’t a big deal. Great experience with them would definitely rent from them again”
“Our experience was perfectly pleasant during our trip to NOL. We had issues at budget and needed a car last minute, and nifty was very accommodating. Rates were low, even with myself being under 25, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The deposit was higher than most other locations, but it only took a week after returning the car for it to clear and return back to my account. After our trip they gave us a discounted ride back to the airport as well. Very good experience.”

“It's a big parking garage with several levels. When you are on the floor to get your vehicle there isn't much help. There are small offices but no one was in it. If you need anything., you have to go to the first floor to find someone. I had an issue with my car and had to find a parking attendant to help me. He was able to resolve my problem.”
“We initially had some issues with our rental — the car was dirty and the tire pressure light was on. I returned to the customer service window and spoke with George (Manager) and Devontae, and they immediately stepped in to assist. They were patient, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. After their help, we were rocking, rolling, and back on the road in no time.

“Efficient check-in with President’s Circle. As others have mentioned, car brands are not top tier, but were all brand new in my experience. Expect midsized Hyundai, Kia, Buick & Nissan SUV options. Otherwise Hertz did a fantastic job with check-in and return.”

“Today we arrived from Miami to New Orleans. our flight was delayed, therefore not giving us many choices of vehicles to choose from. As we loaded our car, we realized that our party of 5 didn’t fit with luggage. I want to highlight that two employees went above and beyond to accommodate my family. MAC and TASHEE were both very attentive and just asked that we be patient. They were very professional, polite and patient. Thank you ladies for not allowing us to panic at that moment and for helping us to have a smooth arrival.”
