“We had originally booked a reservation with Hertz but when we arrived were told it would be a two hour wait for the car. I walked over to enterprise and Juan took great care of us! He helped us find the best vehicle for our trip and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Juan!!!”

“Friendly staff, good value for money, transparent information about pricing policy and insurance, overall very trustable and clean vehicle, offer of a bigger car at no additional cost in view of the size of our luggage, swift handling at both pick-up and check-in.”

“If you never rented from National before and you are paying with a credit card, make sure that you have more than the exact amount to cover an $400 deposit. Also, if you choose the 15 passenger older model van there are no phone charger ports in the rear seats. Request for the up to date model.”

“Caleb was wonderful getting us set up for our Memorial Day weekend in NOLA. When we started the car Caleb notice it was low on gas basically empty so he gave us clear options of having it filled with 5 gallons or filling it ourselves then he very urgently was able to do it 5 gallons in and get us on the road! Renee was helpful getting us all checked out with sending the deposit back immediately which was wonder considering it was hefty. I do wish we could overnight park at Enterprise if we are staying at the doubletree right next door as that would save us an additional $14 a night for parking literally right next to the lot. It was easy access to walk over so I’m unsure why they are unable to manage overnight parking for rental cars on sight it’s the hotel conveniently located right next door. Even an additional parking expense would've been appreciated from Enterprise as an option to keep us from having to be charged at the hotel.”

“Our experience was perfectly pleasant during our trip to NOL. We had issues at budget and needed a car last minute, and nifty was very accommodating. Rates were low, even with myself being under 25, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The deposit was higher than most other locations, but it only took a week after returning the car for it to clear and return back to my account. After our trip they gave us a discounted ride back to the airport as well. Very good experience.”

“There was no vehicle on the day of scheduled pick up, so I was given a 15 seater Van which was not suitable for my business meetings. The next day, car rental arranged for a brand new 2026 RAV 4. I loved the car. More than what I expected. This was definitely a sweet ending for me. Many thanks to the staff for going above and beyond. Mahalo”

“Great experience renting from this place. Fair prices, and the staff was helpful the man who was working the front desk was great. The car worked perfectly with no issues. They picked us up from the shuttle when we arrived and dropped us back off at the shuttle when it was time to leave, which made everything convenient. I also got my deposit refund fairly quickly after returning the car. Only small issue was the gas tank wasn’t completely full, it was halfway so it wasn’t a big deal. Great experience with them would definitely rent from them again”

“Takia the manager of this location is absolutely full of life and is the wonderful missing ingredient of every Avis location. She exemplifies what an excellent experience should be for any business. I will absolutely come back because of her service. Thank you for bringing back the light that Avis was missing throughout all of my recent travels as I’m a frequent flyer. You will go places!”

“It's a big parking garage with several levels. When you are on the floor to get your vehicle there isn't much help. There are small offices but no one was in it. If you need anything., you have to go to the first floor to find someone. I had an issue with my car and had to find a parking attendant to help me. He was able to resolve my problem.”

“Efficient check-in with President’s Circle. As others have mentioned, car brands are not top tier, but were all brand new in my experience. Expect midsized Hyundai, Kia, Buick & Nissan SUV options. Otherwise Hertz did a fantastic job with check-in and return.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rochell N. In a world where kindness sometimes feels rare, Rochell stands out. She consistently treats people with genuine compassion, respect, and warmth, and her positive attitude makes a lasting impact on everyone she encounters. What makes Rochell so special is that it's not just what she does, it's who she is. She takes the time to listen, makes people feel valued, and has a way of turning an ordinary interaction into something meaningful. Her kindness, professionalism, and caring nature make a tremendous difference, and it's clear that helping others comes naturally to her. Thank you, Rochell, for being such a bright light and for making people's days better simply by being yourself. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and it is deeply appreciated.”

“I had a wonderful car rental experience. It took a little while to get to the rental counter as you have to ride a shuttle but they have multiple shuttles running which was nice. Once I got to the rental counter, Chanel, helped me and she was wonderful. She got my paperwork done quickly and even gave us some recommendations for local restaurants. Our car was great and only had 5,000 miles on it. Returning the car was so simple too. Just drive in, remove your bags, leave the keys and advise how the rental went and off to catch your flight home. I’d definitely rent from here again. New Orleans treated us all great!”
