“Good day at Verizon with tech guru, Lance on 2701 Vets, Kenner, La. I walked in with my S10 that had decided not to make or receive phone calls. I tried everything on my own and then lucked out w/ Lance at Verizon store. Hw patiently tried everything he could, working doggedly until we finally had full service again. On his own and thru 2 tech support folks, he kept a great positive attitude, tech savvy, polite and professional throughout. Bravo to Lance and Verizon for employing him!! Give that man a raise!!!”
