Although it’s off the main airport, the pickup service was good and timely. The rental lot is small but the staff gave good service both at check in and checkout. They are not 24 hr so recommend to use if picking and dropping during daytime. Car was good also. Overall a satisfactory experience

All n all it could’ve turned out a bad experience, however Rosemary was more than accommodating! She not only was extremely patient also very helpful!!! Rosemary you were great all the way around and did it all with an amazing attitude!! Thank u Rosemary for helping us have a great experience in NOLA!!!
